Great Service and Timely Completion of Repairs!

Jeff Hathcock is one of the finest service representatives of any dealership I have dealt with in many years. He does a grest job of explaining the process, completing the servicing requirements within the projected time frames, and pleasant to work with. Very satisfied!

Great experience and very friendly staff!

I came to Cadillac of South Charlotte for basic maintenance and oil change. First of all I was impressed with facility and service, courteous and attentive specialists. I scheduled my appointment in the morning and arrived to dealership at 2pm. Service advisor Bryan Gunter was very attentive to my questions. He explained what maintenance needs to be done to keep my vehicle in good and safe condition. I have to admit for me as a foreigner who moved to US 2 years ago and a new driver it was really comprehensible explanation. Personnel asked me if I need anything and provide me with updates. Even I had to wait longer than expected I had good time having coffee at lounge and cafe area. I would recommend this dealership for all kinds of services to people who are looking for quality and good service!

Best Car buying experience ever!!!

I came in and worked with Joe Tomasello and he was so helpful. He took the time to have the car pulled up and ready for me upon my arrival as well as spent the time to go over all of the equipment with me. I love my new Cadillac and I will be going back to Joe for years to come.....

Great Service and Quality work

My car was involved in a hit and run accident. The Body Shop Associate David was very helpful and professional. He kept me up to date during the entire repair process and my car was ready sooner than promised. The quality of the body work was excellent.
