My experience was wonderful as the facility is beautiful

My experience was wonderful as the facility is beautiful and each individual I had the pleasure of working with was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchased a 2022 Buick Encore a few months back.

Purchased a 2022 Buick Encore a few months back. I also purchased the extended warranty. It is now on its 3rd battery. I have had it in the shop twice for 2 days each. Their only suggestion is another battery. Clearly there is an electrical issue or a parasitic drain. I'm told that they can't find anything wrong and that it is costing them too much money taking up a bay all day. I am in the market for another used car, and I will purchase it anywhere but David Chevrolet. I will find a competent shop to find the electrical issue too. The $100 vanishing deductible isn't worth it to return to the dealership a 3rd time. Finally, if you do go there, I certainly don't recommend working with Ken in the service department. You'll be lucky if he will even return your calls. If you do manage to track him down, you'll get condescending non-answers

I leased a 2025 Chevy Trax on 8/26 and my salesman Mike Smith was very helpful in finding the right lease company and payment options for my financial situation.The finance and service depts are very good at what they do.This my 3rd lease with David and I am completely satisfied-I keep going back!!!

David Chevrolet is the best dealership to help you select the car based on your needs and budget. Steve Palmeri help me select my new SUV and made sure the price and the car options were exactly what I wanted. In addition, he dealership staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend anyone to use David Chevrolet to pick out the vehicle of your dreams.

Service department is horrible.

Where do I start.

Where do I start. If I could leave them no stars I would. Took my car in the last week for the theft system. Was told the key.. got a new key and picked up only for the same issue to come back the same day I picked up my car. Took it back on Monday. Was told it was theft module. Told them to fix it. Picked up only we’d. Only for it to happen again. Called to leave a voicemail for the general manager and was hung up on twice the service manger told me in a email that no other work be completed after I took it in the first day. Clearly he was wrong. Now out all that money. Cause the problem wasn’t fixed.
