I have owned many many cars in my lifetime and have never ever had such a great experience as I had here. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, affordable are just a few words I can say about this dealership. David Wert was our salesman and he’s just the best! Our trade in was amazing getting a fantastic price and quick! Like seriously we traded in and came home with our new car in a couple of hours! We get not only our caddy serviced here but our Chevy truck and they are thorough and honest and fast! A highly recommended place from me! 💯

Burne Cadillac has been one of the most professional, helpful, dealerships with TRUE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE Service knowledge that I have ever dealt with . I have even brought cars in for service that I've bought elsewhere to straighten out problems. Saleswise, they are one of the lowest pressure sales dealerships which is a welcome relief from the Slam, Bang, Sales tactics I've encountered elsewhere. I always figured I could never get into a car as nice as a Cadillac because of the cost , but found out it wasn't true !? In fact , a Ceritied Used Cadillac from Burne could put you in a super nice car, with a better warranty than buying something new elsewhere ...!? Reliability is something everyone complains about with GM, Ford, and domestic cars in general .... Basically, not always true ..... GM 2.0 4 cylinder turbos are holding much better than comparable Hyundias .... And The Caddy's don't seem to be having a problem with oil dilution or putting out adequate heat in the winter on short hops like the Honda 1.5 Turbos .....! My 1st Caddy ATS came with a 5 year wrap around warranty from GM ..... It had 9000 mi. I had to save between 8 and 10k .... It needed I major electronic repair ... ( warranty) And one fluid change upgrade..... ( warranty ) So for 6 years I had a great performance car with all the amenities, AWD, basic service .... I'm sorry but that's just a no Brainer.... !!! In sales I worked with Mark .... And we understood what we both wanted and how it would work ... First of all, you have to have realistic expectations.... These are $40k and $50k+ cars, suvs ..... Are you really going to dicker over 3 or $5 hundred bucks... Get real !!! Mark and Brain hunted for the car, found it , and the trade and price was better than what I expected !? So 6 yrs. Later, I'm ready to snoop around again. This time for an SUV ..... XT4's just came off lease and were on the lot.... Call Mark ..... Yeah come down, drive one around..... take it home overnight.....See if the wife likes it ....! No big deal... So I drive new comparable Mazda CX5 , well over 40k when you're done, Rav 4 , looks like and feels like 4 different companies put it together .... well over 40k ..... And a Honda CRV ..... 3k over sticker in our current insane market ....!!! I almost drove home, went to Burne , cars were still there, talked to Mark. Yeah I'll get you the keys.... As soon as I took off , the XT4 was so refined all the way around, not even counting the superior materials inside and out . It was the best performing, outfitted , looking vehicle for 40k !!! 20k..... miles is nothing for a 19, and if anything serious was going to show up, it normally would have been recorded in the Service Record.... and there was Nothing . Took it home.... got wife seal of approval.... Numbers were good .... Done ! One final point inside the sales floor. The sales people actually work together... ! And not just to be Nice .... I spent time talking to Pete, Joey and Ed from Service, and Billy . All gave honest, valuable info on the XT4. True assessments of the engine, transmission, handling, etc...and in general they ALL sold the car ! Which is pretty much the way it SHOULD BE ! Bottom line ..... It's a VERY Professional Dealership ... If you're reading this review , check it out, even for a different brand car on the lot .... Their Service is Spot On .... I don't care what you bring in .....! ( Although they would not love a heater core replacement in a Land Rover !!! 😉 )

I like the car I purchased, but it didn’t come without problems. I needed items fixed under the warranty. Other items were not covered. I was forgot in the waiting room, while waiting for a ride to somewhere. It took 30 days to wait for a loaner vehicle. After I said a friend at Matt Burne Honda would lend me one, a loaner magically appeared. Not the kind of treatment you would expect as a Cadillac owner. I know how other dealers treat Cadillac owners. The woman behind the counter is not friendly in any way. I left a large personal item behind in the loaner car or the waiting area, but they say they can’t find it. They need to improve their customer service.

Took my car in for service a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Joey and the service group are always so wonderful to deal with. I only have my SRX serviced at RJ Burne and have a great experience every single time. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was parked out front and beautifully washed and sparkling clean. I can’t thank them enough for the superior treatment that I receive every time I take my car for service. Many thanks for always being such a great place have my car serviced. Marianne Piazza

Before writing this, I read other reviews, half of which were quite negative, but I have to say my experience with my salesman, Dave Wert, was excellent. I was looking for a very specific SUV that had a bench, second-row seat instead of captain's chairs, which seems to be quite uncommon. He went out of his way to find one for me, and had to go out to Ohio to get it. (I was initially looking at a different brand of car, but that salesman (Hyundai) wouldn't even bother checking to see if he could find what I was specifically looking for.) When the car came in, Dave explained the instrument panel to me, which--not being a tech person--was very daunting. I'm still learning about it because it is such a learning curve with all the technology, but if I have a question, I can just call Dave on his personal cell phone, and he'll walk me through things. Dave is very patient, kind, and even-tempered, and doesn't mind answering any question, no matter how trivial it is. He does not put any high pressure on the customer, but let's them make up their own mind. He made the buying experience a pleasant one, which says a lot. He goes out of his way to be helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The reason we bought our car at Burne was because of Dave, and if and when we decide to get a different one I sure hope Dave is still there. He is a big asset to the company. I can't, however, speak to the service department yet, which seems to be where most of the negative reviews are coming from, as our car is only about 6 months old, and we will be scheduling our first maintenance appt. soon.

I’ve owned my fair share of new and used vehicles, working with several different dealers over the years from Scranton, PA to Washington, DC. I’ve never been compelled to write a review for any, but for the amazing team at RJ Burne Cadillac – I’d do anything. Aside from the vast selection of beautiful Cadillacs, they always seem to have the best selection of pre-owned cars of all different makes. I recently purchased a 2018 Volvo CX-60 – my salesman, David Wert, was the most straight-forward, kind, and helpful person I’ve had the privilege to work with. He made it a point to research as much as he could about the Volvo – to ensure he was providing me accurate information on the vehicle. Working with the finance department was a breeze and I even had the chance to meet RJ, the owner – who again struck me as genuine and someone who really enjoyed working with people. I would expect nothing less from a Class A dealership, like RJ Burne Cadillac. And if you’re wondering about service after the sales – fear not, Eddie in the Service Department works closely with the sales team – I recently reached out to Dave, because my brakes and rotors were starting to wear down after just 10,000 miles since I bought the car; most dealerships might cut you a deal, but overall, the cost to replace this would be on you. Well, these guys scheduled me the next day, and because this happened within 6 months of buying the Volvo – they are replacing all the brakes and rotors free! This is a hefty cost to eat-up and I couldn’t be more appreciative! They also have great relationships with all the other major dealerships in the area – which comes in handy if you’re getting work done at their service department on a vehicle other than a Cadillac. In short, this auto group takes care of their own like family! They are more interested in the long-term relationship, than a quick sale.

Called to buy a new Cadillac. Had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Mark. He asked me what I was looking for, which I advised him of. I explained I had a trade with some positive equity that I might want to trade in. Mark immediately asked me “ well who told you that you have positive equity?”. I explained based on KBB, Edmunds, and other dealerships offers, which I had been negotiating with. He then responded “how do you know what your payoff is?”. I said because I have it in front of me. At this point I told him forget it. He clearly didn’t even want to sell me an suv. The guy was a complete jerk and didn’t even ask me to bring my car in or what the car was. I ended up buying from A different Cadillac dealer.

Stopped in met with Peter Mooney told him I wanted to make this quick because of time. We explain to Peter we would like a SRX and we’re going to buy it if he made the right deal. Peter was professional give us the keys while he looked at our trade. We went for a ride came back and he was ready to go to work. Peter brought RJ in and they made it happen! The team made it clear they wanted to sell a car and gain a new customer which they did. I know my next car I will be going here before anywhere else. The dealership has all the special little details That’s separate them from the rest.

I’m reading the negative reviews here and I must say I’m surprised. I bought my last two Cadillacs from Burne and was always treated fairly. In fact one time I had trouble programming my garage door to the Caddy and Ed, service manager, drove 7 miles to my home and spent some time with it and got it. Another time I got in my XTS in the garage and the battery was totally dead. It was still under warranty but again Ed drove to my home and installed it and programmed it. I’m do for another Caddy and will definitely do business there again

i bought a 2012 cts from this dealership. within 50 days 1,700 miles, the front wheel bearing went. i called the dealership and was told "sorry the warranty ran out after 30 days" my mechanic estimated a $400.-$450. repair. i really didn't think this was fair of r j burne not to offer something! i asked if i paid for the parts, would they do the labor free? NO was their answer! this is NOT a way to keep future customers, get referrals, or to be just plain FAIR to your customers! this is worse treatment than buying from a temporary corner lot somewhere! BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S ALL!!

i read rj burne's reply and called them. (3/25/2019 11:20am) according to the service mgr. a separate division checks these reviews and will try to resolve the issue. (not holding my breath). their reply was a STANDARD RESPONSE, to look like they care. if they cared, they would have made it right the first time i called! MY REVIEW STANDS until such a time they correct this horrible way if doing business. they know my phone number and email address.
