Bad customer service no empathy at all
i have been a value cst of this place since 2008 my 2006 Chevy impala an also purchases a 2014 Chevy impale i have spent a lot of money with them over the years an i have saw bad customer service not just to me but other cst as well they do not have loaner cars they quick to tel you the shuttle ride does go that far there service agent do not review cst account because how can you tel me a shuttle do not go far an been take them since i been dealing with you all since 2008 an they look an do not apologize there service department has got very bad customer service there GOAL IS NOT TO GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AN GREAT WORK THERE GOAL IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AN TREAT YOU LIKE YOU A STUPID yes i wish i can go some where else at lot of shops do not want touch these newer cars i have been have several issue with service department workers talk to me like i do not know anything i ask for history about acc i do not know how the note or if they are doing wrong doing on it so this year in may at the end i got oil change like a week in half later AC stop working so i was under the impression when they do oil change they check every thing which they did service man told me it was 2 issues but nothing with AC OK i will take care of it a week in a half ac went out cal for a appointment said have to keep cal for 3 days cancel appointment set up one for the next week drop car off before you all open then they cal said 3000.00 worth of work big part was ac compressor 1600.00 i have paid 250.00 that Friday an pick it up set it up for that follow week to get fix 1300.00 something said will apply 5 percent OK that was nice but could have been better but also need right side head light said 170.00 ok so i spoke with Jose 7/14 about pick up car an have it wash he said ok 7/15 it was raining they did not wash car because it was still the same bird xxxx on the door but i did not even say nothing so Sunday i need a jump then i cal this morning spoke with meka which she was not type of empathy an i just spent almost 2000.00 with you all in 2 weeks said they do not have tow truck try you insurance an i was on hold for a long period of time i was on the phone with her about 30 mins then when she review my acc she can not tel if the replace battery or not then she came back said the warranty was up last month but the check my car in may why i was not inform of that very bad customer service i know you dont care but they are paying you to act like you care she was very nonchalant about my issue basically i took as she said not my issue your very rude an unprofessional an was not try to help my point of view you all need to train service agent better customer service an be knowledge of there customer an history so i cal gm i am still cover with towing with them she could have told me that but she was not a good service advisor an not knowledge about anything if some one can help me please feel free to calll i am wait on tow truck now to bring it back an i should have to pay for anything

This week I bought a ZR2 from Mike Anderson Chevrolet, my salesman was Joe Ayala. I flew in from out of state to make this purchase, being that I was from WA and I had lots of questions. Joe was awesome, before we had even met he was answering all my text questions and I know at times he was doing this from home. The sales part was awesome, he was patient and worked very hard to answer all my questions, The first day I put 600 miles on it and it is running flawless. Thank You Bill
