Best GMC Dealership near Chicago

Best experience I Have ever had at the dealership. Also, the shortest time I have ever spent at any dealership and I have purchased 4 cars in the past 12 years. This dealership got financing quick and easy, There were no additional sals pitches when signing the documents and it was all done within an hour and a half. Very Satisfied!

Great service, bad vehicle

The customer service was good but that only goes so far when getting home and all of a sudden the check engine lights come on. There should not be issues whitin the first hours of ownership on a truck that costed almost $30,000. Hopefully they will make this right.

Terrible dealership and service dept. liers

Unable to find my vehicle problems at all took vehicle in to get it checked before my 3000 mile vacation trip and they told me it was safe to drive and my truck broke down 1500 miles away from the problem I have been telling them it had also they sold me a warranty that didn?t cover the repairs needed and done in south Texas Gmc dealer

Easiest and quickest buying experience ever!!!

Search no further go see Bryan or call sales and ask for Bryan and he will make the process of getting the car for you so easy. I called Bryan told him my situation and what my family and I were looking for. He told me come up I got the perfect truck for you. Sure enough when I got there he drove it up and it was perfect. The process of everything was so quick, so detailed, so friendly, easiest buying experience of my life. Go to Circle Buick GMC.....Only place my family and I will ever go to!

Don't expect a phone call back

I would love to say that sending my son here to buy is first car has been great but this would be a false statement. He financed his car through them and they said they would take care of licensing the car and he has still not received his license plates, they are now almost a month over. They told him they would send paperwork and return his phone calls which they never do. I am contacting the BBB and my next step will be a lawyer. I was just letting somethings go like his air not working and the radio completely stopped. There are some good people there but no one follows through with anything. As a parent I am very disappointed and hope that things get fixed but am not holding my breath.

Buyer Beware

The car buying experience was great! The car - a lemon. I bought a used car, everything worked great until 3 days later and the transmission started acting up. They did get it serviced, but something is still not right. ABS light came on 8 days later. I talked to the sales person, the sales manager, and anyone else who would listen to try to take the car back and cancel the financing. Nope. "Once it's off the lot, we're no longer responsible." A dealer should stand behind their cars, even used, for at least a week. Buyer Beware!
