Service team is excellent
My Yukon was in for service and warranty repair the team here provided me excellent customer service and even offered me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired I was very happy with the results the team here is excellent and would recommend them to anybody.

Didn't have the car
Drove over an hour and even confirmed via phone that the car is there. Arrived and the car is not available. Salesman flat out lied that they just sold it and it pulled out 30 seconds before I walked in. Even pointed to an empty spot on the lot. I drove in 10-15 min and first thing I did was look for the blue Sierra I wanted to purchase - it wasn't there. Would not recommend this dealer - they don't care about your time.

Bryan Drunktenis WORST SALESMAN EVER!
First of all who tells a customer and I quote “all you did was waste my time” well Bryan Druktenis did! By far the worst customer service ever, I would never go back there and none the less recommend a place who doesn’t know how to treat customers, and I won’t add how red his face was fuming talking about me when I was walking out, you should be ashamed of yourself and I feel sorry for people who try buy cars off of you!

Sold me an undrivable vehicle
They sold me a vehicle with a broken engine mount, broken flex pipe, and caked with junk fuel system. It’s undrivable after only 3 weeks and they won’t fix it for less than $1,000.

Great dealership
I've been using with this dealership for many years and you just can't find a better one. The service department is great--my car is always ready when promised and the work is done perfectly. The staff is easy to talk to and explains everything--all questions are taken seriously and they take all the time you need to feel comfortable. When buying or leasing a car I could not find a better price and the sales people are fantastic. I would not go to any other dealership.

Our Experience at Circle GMC
Circle Buick GMC is an outstanding dealership. From the time we walked in the door salesman Joe Mendez greeted us, and we felt like family. Joe Mendez is a very kind, very knowledgeable excellent salesman. My husband and I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 pick up in my husband’s favorite color (satin steel.) At first my husband was a little leery on purchasing the pick up but when he saw it brought to the front in his favorite color he instantaneously changed his mind. From the time Joe asked us how much we wanted our note to be and financing he got us right at where we wanted to be. I have purchased plenty of vehicles and I’ve never seen a dealership work so fast and prompt. Joe Mendez seems like an old friend that I hadn’t seen in a while and I love that feeling. Financing went smooth and we drove home in about an hour and a half in our new vehicle. We are happy satisfied and also pleased that we went to Circle, Buick GMC on that day. Now we have an extended family. Thank you Joe for everything keep up the good work and we will drop in on you just to say hello soon.💯😁
