Greg Roach was a wonderful help when we purchased our Taho! He set up my radio/Bluetooth and taught me all the fancy things my car does! Without his help, I would have been lost. He is always there to answer any questions I have & the Brookings Auto Mall is a wonderful place to have my car serviced. The facility is beautiful now with the remodel done! Thank you Greg!

I live about 1500 miles away from this dealership, so when I called them about a car, I was a little skeptical about what would/could happen. Amber, the sales person I worked with, was AMAZING. She was texting me or sending me emails with the answers to any of my questions in a very timely manner. When I decided to buy the car, they took care of all shipping arrangements and even sent it out before they were suppose to so that I would have it early. Totally painless experience. I called on a Friday, they pulled the keys so no one could try to sell it over the weekend while paperwork was being processed and my new car was on a truck headed to me by Tuesday.

Not hard to deal with. Would have been nice to have bathrooms. Ha-ha. Hope they are fixed by now.
