Purchasing my Challenger was a great experience !
We had dropped by the dealership on our way to my grandson’s football game... I spotted the Challenger on the lot.... We were sorta in a hurry.. Ms. Mary came out and talked to me about the car... I didn’t even have to go in...We done a test drive and she was kidding me about crub side service... I never even went inside that afternoon .. ( on my way to ballgame).. we negotiated on price and I left her a check for deposit on the car... As she said crub side service... I came back in and signed all my paperwork the next morning... I have never had a better experience purchasing a car... Ms. Mary was very professional ... but on the other hand she was never pushy and she seems like someone that you have known your whole life.... She is a super nice lady... I have no complaints... my whole experience from beginning to signing papers was great...Samatha was great also... So just want to give Ms. Mary a big THANK-YOU for making an experience I usually dread into such a pleasant one...Elizabeth

Best Car Buying Experience
Shelby, Justin and the entire Jones team were great to work with. I never write reviews, but my experience is deserving. This was buy far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had from the interaction of the first call, to the extra pictures and the ease to finance. I purchased the car over the phone and it was exactly as described. I would recommend them to any of my friends and will definitely look to them when I buy my next vehicle.

Great Salesman but a waste of time
The salesman Ashley was awesome but the buying experience was dreadful. I received a purchase agreement via email Thursday that was not quite to my satisfaction so the sales lady called me the next day and said the price had dropped which made the price very satisfying. However when I got to the dealership the finance guy came and told me the price they quoted me was incorrect and the price went back up.. The young lady who was suppose to explain the warranty and details pertaining to the purchase to us seemed irritable and in a hurry she didn’t explain anything and kinda rushed us off however the salesman Ashley told us enough to at least give us a basic understanding. .All though the salesman was very apologetic and kind, I still feel like the dealership in general is very shady to say the least. It reminded me why you can never trust car dealers. By the time I was done I realized I had driven all the way to Savannah to get the same deal I could have gotten in Jackson or Memphis without wasting an entire afternoon. Do not waste your time going there if you are looking to save money.

My wife and I bought a used 2014 Acadia from these folks. We're about 300 miles from them, but made the drive. A couple things were inaccurate in the description of the vehicle. It didn't have removable carpets in it as advertised , the key less entry remotes didn't work, and it had about 3,000 more miles on it than what was listed. Our sales lady Mary Schafe worked hard to try to make it right. She sent us $10 in cash to buy a set of Dollar General floor mats. I appreciated the gesture, but I went online and bought the some original floor mats instead which were a lot more than $10. While we signed the digital paper work for the vehicle they cleaned the vehicle up nice and brought it to the front of their dealership running, so I didn't think to test the key less entry while on site. We drove it about half way home and stopped to eat. I noticed the key less entry wasn't working at this point. I replaced the batteries the next day with no success. Turns out Jones didn't even give us the right key fobs that would program to the vehicle. I called a couple local dealerships in my area and the key fobs were about $80 a piece and $55 to program them. When I relayed this information to Mary she asked a Manager while I was on the phone and he said he could get one off Amazon.com a lot cheaper than that and refused to pay for that to be done. My wife called that day pretty upset and spoke with a manager named James. She explained to James we have a baby girl and when she is out and about with her she has to unlock the vehicle with a key while holding our baby, then the vehicle would start honking, she would then have to start the vehicle to stop the honking, and manually unlock the back seat door to put our baby in the car. He said he understood and would send out a check to cover the cost for the key fobs and get them programmed. James also asked my wife how we got home with the wrong key fobs. This to us was a pretty absurd question. This conversation took place on March 13th. We waited a couple weeks and no check ever arrived but Mary's $10 cash did with a post it note saying "Dollar General Floor Mats". We ended up calling around 10 times over a two month period to speak with James. He would always promise us he would look into it or the check was in the mail. It seems like it was always something with this guy. We found out there was a second Manager that worked there after we were absolutely feed up with the situation. A Manager named Dustin. We spoke with Dustin and let him know what was going on with the key fobs. He apologized for Jame's actions. He said he would send out a check to us the next day (4-27-18). It was about 3 days later we received the money for the key fobs and was able to buy and program them at a local dealership. This is the first vehicle we have bought from a dealership and when signing the paper work I noticed the price was a little higher than what was quoted. They charged us for GAP insurance that wasn't mentioned to us at anytime until I asked why the price was up. The lady told us it was like $6 a month or something like that. That didn't sound too bad but it ended up adding up to a little over a $1,000 dollars. I wasn't too happy about that, but we were already signing the papers so I let it go. I really hope this warranty that drew us in was worth all this headache it caused us. The vehicle seems to be a good vehicle as far as operation. With our experience with this dealership James would get zero out of a million stars. He was no help to us at all; just a waste of our time. Mary was a great sales lady. I think she sent us the $10 out of her own pocket and we plan on sending the same two $5 bills back to her. Dustin is a manager that gets things done. I hope we were just a unique case at this establishment and this doesn't happen often to folks here.

Sales Associate - Tiffany Fugate
I was contacted by Tiffany in response to a internet inquiry about a 2016 Dodge Ram in Nov. 2016. Any questions, concerns were answered in a timely manner. I found her representation of the dealership to be courteous, kind and professional. She was prepared with all the information I requested in our phone, text or email contacts. Upon my arrival to the dealership Tiffany greeted me at the door, the truck was washed/cleaned and available for a test drive. She also understood/respected I was on a short timeline when I arrived. Long story short, the next day she drove the vehicle 2.5 hours (one way) after a full workday and personally delivered the vehicle! She stayed true to her words from start to finish. Class act. I would HIGHLY recommend Tiffany Fugate to others in search of a vehicle. She paid attention to my budget. She did not use pressure sales tactics (thank you). It is obvious she takes pride in her customer service skills. Five stars for her quality of work, friendliness and customer service. FYI: I contacted three other Dodge Dealership internet services concerning similar vehicles and it was not even close after the first initial contact. Her work was heads and shoulders above the other three internet contacts.

What a wonderful buying experience!
I LOVE my car salesperson, Mary Schafer! I wish every car buying experience could be as good as my latest purchase. Who knew going in debt this much fun? My daughter and I made the trek to Savannah from Memphis to check out a vehicle at Jones Chrysler Jeep dealership. Upon meeting Ms. Schafer, she seemed like a friend from the start! If Mary was pretending to be as nice as she appeared, she's one heck of an actor! Mary took the time to get to know me, was super patient - never pushy, which is exactly what I wanted. Some sales people are so pushy that they're almost to the point of being rude. But not sweet Mary. I had originally planned to purchase a Jeep Renegade. However, I had seen another vehicle on the dealership's website the evening before I planned to visit the Jones dealership. When I mentioned the vehicle to Mary Schafer, she wasn't familiar with that particular vehicle but graciously went to find it. She found the vehicle, had it brought to the front, let me take it for a spin - all the while explaining features, etc., in such a pleasant manner. Because of Mary's patience, friendliness and caring personality - not to mention a great price, I bought my Cherokee that very day. The dealership just has a great atmosphere. Sort of a Mayberry vibe to it! I plan to drive to Savannah from Memphis the next time I need to purchase a vehicle - but only if Mary Schafer is still there! Mary is one of those folks that you want to add to your Christmas card list, just because she's so very nice. Heck, not only did I get a car out of the deal, I got a boyfriend, too. She introduced me to another customer of hers who had purchased a truck. Not only is Mary a great sales person, she's also a matchmaker extraordinaire! Way to go, Mary! I am one happy customer!
