So ... par for the times, unfortunately. Employee Vidal in the parts department is flat out USELESS. I ordered nothing but a key fob, as mine quit functioning. They called telling me the part was in and low and behold, Vidal tells me (NOW, at the dealer), I have to schedule with the service department for programming. He couldn't have told me that when I had to come in to order the part and pay up front - even when I asked at the time of order???????? Of course not!!!!!!!!! That would require a tad bit of respect for the CUSTOMER! And perhaps, God forbid, some knowledge of the workings of his environment/job! After all Vidal wasn't the one to program, but he surely was the one to let me know that it required a service to be scheduled. Programming wouldn't happen upon part pickup, as I was lead to believe. He clearly knew I was unable to get in my car. Maybe such employees should work in a more appropriately skilled department. Ultimately, to get my key fob programmed took my ENTIRE day. Thanks to the help of Mr James Korber in the service department, I was scheduled to RETURN to the dealership hours later, to actually get the fob programmed so I could use my car for an upcoming trip. I ended up missing 2 other commitments due to this avoidable fiasco. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this mistreatment of customers. Words are not able to convey the absolute failure of this transaction and the frustration (outright anger) it provoked. I certainly never expected this kind of disloyal, mind boggling ineptness from a Cadillac Dealership. SHAME ON WALLACE CADILLAC.

Casey and Service Team are A1

I usually go to Auto Nation in West Palm ,but the service here by Casey and staff has made me switch to Wallace Cadillac . The service process was short , and simple. I will be getting my cadillac serviced here from now on.

Bad Experience!! Don' waste your time like we did!

The worst! We found a car we had been looking for and set up a time to drive 40 miles to see the car only to be told it had been sold 2 weeks ago. No apologies just an "oh well". And this is a luxury car dealership??? It might take 30 seconds to double check if the car was still available or maybe it was a cheap sales ploy to get you into the dealership. Laughable! I'd never step foot in there again!

Looking for a new car

Went to get my car serviced and while I was waiting I went to look at possibly trading in my car. Have got Numerous letters from Wallace Cadillac to trade in my 2013 XTS Cadillac. There was a president sale going on this weekend so I figured I would look. I was there almost 45 minutes walking around the show room and in the lot and not once was I approached by a salesman ask me if I need any help. Guess they don?t want my business!!! Very very disappointed.. Have taking my car to get service there for almost 2 years and the people in the service department have always treated with respect.

went for oil change&found I needed other services

I went to Wallace for my oil change and found that I was behind in some of the services. Collin who is my service writer advised me of the thing I needed to bring me up to date. he was able to arrange to do the extra work that day which worked out perfect for me. I have always taken my SRX to Wallace since we moved here 4 years ago and I am very satisfied getting appointment and the work that is performed.

Great Service Team

I had a few defect in my rims and screen and they ordered parts and got me on schedule within 2 weeks, even with it being the holidays. Great and very easy to work with. Marshall my old service manager and now Casey my new service manager are both awesome! When it comes time to update my vehicle it will for sure be purchased here!

Josh Estes and Ted Soch

Josh Estes was very friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He contacted me by telephone and Email several times in preparation of the delivery day. Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. He invited me to come back, anytime, if I had any further, or need, for continuing explanations, or tips to have a more pleasant driving experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. Signing the slew of necessary paperwork was made easy with his clear explanation of each document. My perfectly sparkling and clean car was handed to me after the Wallace service personnel prepared it for delivery. Kudos to Josh, Ted and Wallace Cadillac. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. Thank you Josh, Ted, Wallace Cadillac and GM Cadillac Motor Car Company.

Excellent as always a pleasure to do business with the dealership; I dropped my car off at the stated appointment time and was told the service would be "about an hour" exactly 1 hour later my car was ready!!
