I can’t express in words what my experience once again with Tara,Nick at Gates GMC was today Tara thank you for your help and helping me choose the right vehicle for me you were amazing and Nick for all your help also I don’t want to forget Dave Last but not least Chris Messier this is my second time working with Chris he is an amazing guy his compassion and willingness to go the extra mile is amazing to me thank you again for everything Chris Maureen Surprenant

5th time around, just as wonderful as always

I got my first vehicle from Gates in 2005 and I have been a customer ever since. This was my 5th purchase. I just love this Dealership. The sales team is friendly, welcoming and not pushy at all which is huge! I told Jimmy what I wanted in a vehicle and he found exactly what I wanted. I love my new vehicle. The Gates team really makes the car buying experience enjoyable!

Great Dealership

I was in the market for a CPO Pathfinder and was strongly recommended by Matt Decormier to try Gates. They were able to get us into a new, leftover Pathfinder, which we love. Staff is not pushy, easy to talk too and seems to listen to the needs of the customer. The facility is extremely clean and professional looking.

Wonderful experience

Jimmy and staff have been so helpful and friendly over the years. Four cars later and no complaints. Entire staff is a pleasure to work with.

Gates Gets It, right Tomas?

I went to a couple other dealerships before I made my way to Gates. The other dealers weren't bad, but they felt artificial. For me, the environment and how the employees make me feel is very important. My salesman, Nate, was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy and listened more than he spoke. I often know what I want, but have trouble expressing it, but Nate and Tomas were very patient with me and helped me find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. My unique desires were factored into all the vehicles they showed me and together we learned a little more about what I wanted with each vehicle I saw. I wasn't completely sold on the Rouge so they let me take it home overnight. They did not pressure me into signing right away. I had time to make sure the vehicle was right for me. Bringing the Rouge home is what made me see all of the things I had missed in the excitement of the buying experience. Once we settled on a price, Nate made everything so easy for me. He sent me the credit app so I could fill it out before I arrived to sign the final paperwork. Chris Messier took care of all the paperwork with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know each member of the Gates Team better throughout this endeavor and look forward to dropping in to say "hi" when I get my service work done.

Excellent service presented at Gates

The service was great at Gates GMC Nissan. Mr. Lussier was more than helpful as far as assisting me with searching for a new vehicle. Mr. Lussier was also very patient with me, given my availability. I received my previous vehicle with the help of Bob, and hope to work with him again in the near future. Chris Messier was also a great help to me. He was very friendly and worked with me on the paperwork very quickly. Thanks for all of your help, Bob and Chris.

Great Experience

The staff here cannot be friendlier or more helpful then they were with me. Even called to make sure i made it home safe because i traveled from NY. Andy was my salesman and was just an all around great guy, did not try to push anything on me and made me feel like i was discussing my purchase with a friend and not a salesman. If i could afford another any time soon i would be checking here first (i traveled over 2 hours because i couldnt find the car i wanted any where near the price these guys had it for). A plus for sure
