Great Experience

The whole staff staff was extremely helpful. Martin was extra helpful. Ryan gave us a great tip on a Glastonbury restaurant. Chris did an awesome job in the finance department. Plenty of Gates water bottles for everyone.

I DEALT WITH PAUL MAZZA AND HE WAS CORDIAL AND PROFESSIONAL.

Versa Note

Gates, and in particular Ralph Clement were extremely easy to deal with, and he went far beyond the call of duty when getting our vehicle prepared. Gates is extremely professional, dealership is clean and inviting, and it is easy to see why they are so successful. Gates works hard for your business and is extremely customer focused.

It was great!

I was so nervous going in to buy my first new car but the Gates Family was really super friendly. Everyone is so humble. And answered all of my gazillion questions. They showed me around, met everyone, showed me everything about my new car. I had an amazing experience!

The best!

I saw a Canyon on line and called to make sure the vehicle was still there, when I arrived an hour later it was waiting outside the door, test drive, talk a deal and I drove it home that afternoon. It was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Check out Gates, ask for Nathan, he is the best

Relaxed and Positive Atmosphere

No more was pushing us in any direction......we were greeted and told to take our time and look around. Just a relaxing experience........no stress! Everyone was so friendly and courteous to us. We had many questions and all were answered fully and with out hesitation.

I haven't bought a car from any dealer in 27 years due to bad experience's. I think gates and their staff changed all that. Everyone is very nice, and goes out of their way to help you even when your working with one sale person. I will be back again to buy another vehicle if your planning on get a car,new or used,this is the place to go

Outstanding service and products

Paul Bacon is the finest car salesman we've ever dealt with. We thank him! He was never trying to sell us on a car. He was simply trying to help us narrow down our choices. Within a few hours, he was delivering our new lease. Amazing!
