When they said they changed management they actually did and did something about it, from past experiences not being the greatest to now is a big difference. I honestly had nothing but the best experience with joseph, Chris from all the way even in financing with Sean 🙌🙌🙌 I walked with a vision of owning a truck and i told them I didn’t want to lease and they made it happen! If I could give no stars I would. Horrific. I went in person twice to check out a new Tahoe. Both times I was told they had to go get it somewhere. I was short on time so I told him never mind. I don't understand why they don't have not one Tahoe to show in front of their business. The third time I called to make an appointment to assure they first go get the Tahoe so I may see it when I arrive. The lady who answered the phone assured me they would have one there ready for me to see. Once I get there they have a 2022 Tahoe used looks ugly and used up. Oh when I called they told me I HAD TO GIVE THEM MY NUMBER. I just laughed so hard when I heard her say that and responded I don't have to do anything Ma'm. I always call by dialing *67. This place is so sketchy, I believe the only reason they are able to stay in business is they cater to local companies so you mainly see work trucks at this dealership. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
