Jud was amazing! He listened to my wants and needs and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want! Jud was able to answer every question about the vehicle right off the top of his head! The sales manager Tavio was just as great! They respected our time! Thank you Pitre for having amazing employees that know how to make a customer feel special!

Dealer showed false vehicle inspection reports. Cameras did not work properly, keys were not programmed, and other work failed Audi’s inspection of the vehicle.

The sales man by the name of John Black was very frendly and knowledgeable he went out of his way to show us what we wanted and answered all our questions . The paperwork was done quickly. Very professional. Sal is phenomenal. Finance team also did a great job. Only thing was the battery wasn’t replaced on the key fob but that was a minor thing.
