This is the sixteenth vehicle that I have owned and it was definitely the easiest purchase I have experienced. I used the USAA car buying service and Horne responded with a vehicle that met our requirements and they discounted the price so that I did not feel the need to negotiate further. While Horne is 130 miles from our home, the drive to pick it up was worth it. Joe Garguilo did a great job of showing us all of the features in our new car so that we left feeling that we had been treated fairly and respectfully. All in all, it was a pleasant experience that was most different from my previous car buying experiences.
