Buying a new vehicle can often times be a laborious

Buying a new vehicle can often times be a laborious endeavor. Working with the staff at Franks in particular with Mike Ventola from the Sales Department was a stress free and enjoyable experience. Mike made himself available for calls and appointments without exception. While this dealership is not necessarily in close proximity to me I would def recommend that the ride is worth it for the experience. I'm expecting that the Service department experience will be just as satisfying. I would absolutely recommend that if you are in the market that a stop here is necessary.

Professional Service, Friendly Staff

I've purchased 6 vehicles and had service performed here over the last 15 or so years. I've never been steered wrong, nor have I ever had them give me bad information. The service Manager is professional and honest. He will tell you if he feels the repair cost is not really worth the money, not only now, but down the road.

We had a great experience with our recent car purchase at Frank's Dealership. All of the staff was friendly, knowledgable, and helped us through the process of making the best car purchase for our family's needs. We were really well informed throughout our entire experience. We worked with Michael Ventola and he came to us with the best possible option off the lot and was such a good reader of his customers, he found just what we wanted on the first try. Frank's established a great rapport with us and we are confident their team will be able to support our car issues and needs into the future. Franks gmc Lyndhurst

I will not deal with any other dealership. I?ve been with Gmc since 2007. The only is the sales department great, but the service department is over and beyond. I cannot even begin to explain the phenomenal service.

Outstanding Dealership Franks Lyndhurst NJ

This is my second Sierra purchase from Franks GMC. The sales team of Sam Booth and Mark Hanlon are great but one of the biggest things that brings me back is the service dept of Matt Dawson and Tony Kozierowski.
