Dealer was prompt to get our truck repaired. They kept us updated throughout the repair. There were no surprises except at the end when we picked up our truck and got the surprise that my husband was a veteran we would be getting a ten percent credit. All we can say is if our truck ever needs service again it will well be worth the trip to Hansen’s. You’ve earned our confidence and most importantly our trust. Thank you!!

It is what a company does when things don't go right that
It is what a company does when things don't go right that truly shows the character and value of that company. I live south of Brigham go way out of my way to purchase our GM vehicles and have my service done on them at Hansen because of the integrity this dealership has. Recently there was a recall on my GMC Sierra because the upper grill may become detached. The recall that GM specified was not to replace the grill; but to remove it, break all the tabs off and epoxy them back on. My truck was taken in to have this done and it was completed per the service bulletin but 4 days later the grill became detached going down the freeway destroying the grill and causing damage to the hood. I called the service department and let Cody Varney know what had happened. He didn't try and blame GM or anything else, he just let me know that he would order the parts and it would be taken care of. When the parts arrived I was contacted and they replaced the missing parts, took my truck to a body shop to have the hood repaired and everything put back into proper order. I am sure GM did not reimburse them for all of this and it was not their fault that GM went on the cheap with the recall, but they also knew it was not a customer issue so they went above and beyond to take care of it. I would highly recommend Hansen Motors and their service department for excellent work done with great integrity. Cody in particular has always been upfront with me on everything and truly has the customers best interest at heart.
