Sold me a 2019 4runner without the emergency brake

Sold me a 2019 4runner without the emergency brake system,after replacing rear brake pads and rotors. 36,000.00 vehicle that technically shouldn't have been sold . They fixed issue HOWEVER I BELIEVE I WAS COMPLETELY LIED TOO AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF... I'M A 100 % P&T DISABLED VET AM FILING COMPLAINTS with BBB, and the illinois attorney general office. I asked about a buyback was told absolutely no. They offered to give a trade value or something like that. Just another way to xxxx me..... If no buyback as I dont/can't trust this vehicle how about a 10%-20% REFUND OF original transaction.... I will adamantly NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone.

Shane Ringo helped me when I came in for my oil change. He was very courteous and explained what was done and what I needed to be aware of when I come back. They are always very helpful and make me feel comfortable while I wait. I will always return to do my business there.
