Due to a Module going bad on my 2022 truck I had it towed to Cheap's on a late Saturday afternoon. I called the Service Dept. on Monday morning to tell them the issues. They got right on it and I received text messages as they were working on it. They had me back on the road quickly. They always treated you great. I depend on them for all my work. Great People Great Place!!

3rd month and the truck isn't fixed or problem solved. Still have charges added to the loan of stuff that's suppose to be on it and it isn't. They are truly 0 stars in my opinion. They refused to take the truck back after a week when it went into the shop and I stated mupitle times let's close the loan and they refused to do so and they refuse to buy it back. Buy local caused me to end up with junk and the extra charges that made the price go up. And I don't even have the stuff installed. Poor excuse of a business very unprofessional.

I was told when I took car in for oil change that all fluids would be check and if need be topped off. washer fluid wasalready telling me that it was low. When I got my car back It was still low and I had to go in to get it filled. They were very nice but it would have been better if it had been taken care of the first visis..

Nice staff and helpful but it took 16 days to pay off my trade.. when I was told a payoff check would be mailed the next day! My check down payment cleared my bank in 2 days tho...the trade payoff should be overnighted, signature required!

The people I worked with was very helpful and understanding, we didn't make no deal yet but it was 100% my fault.i had trouble with financing.

Worst dealership in Kentucky!!!! Service dept. is an absolute joke. First question they ask- "Did you buy the vehicle here?" If not you get treated really disrespectful. When your vehicle is not able to be driven you are not going to get a vehicle to drive. Even if warranty pays for a loaner. They continually ask "Did you buy your vehicle here?" GM pays them to perform warranty repairs to all GM vehicle regardless of where the vehicle was purchased. Their service writers are beyond rude and condescending when they speak with you. Cheap's sure tarnishes GM and their products. The entire dealership could needs to redefine the meaning of "customer service".
