The service was good, took a little longer as anticipated

The service was good, took a little longer as anticipated and the estimate was lower compared to what I had to pay. But overall I will go back.

Went in knowing what I wanted.

They work together as a team the general manager gets involved and make sure that we are well taken care of Dylan the salesman worked timelessly for over a month to find us the vehicle we were looking for great people and a fun time

I received efficient and prompt oil change service,

I received efficient and prompt oil change service, requiring only a minor, inexpensive component. Although I do not recall the technician's name, the service was completed without incident. I am highly satisfied and will continue to utilize Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza for all future service requirements and vehicle acquisitions. The sales professional who facilitated my vehicle purchase deserves specific commendation for his exceptional performance. Thank you, LG, for everything.

Darik was pleasant, but unable to complete the aspects of

Darik was pleasant, but unable to complete the aspects of his job. I sent him an email asking for a quote on truck service. He sent me an incomplete quote because he “forgot” to finish it. I was promised a shuttle service would take me back home while my truck was serviced. This was a lie, Darik told me I was to far away, and tried to convince me to walk around town for 8 hours. I convinced him to give me a loaner car. When my service was complete, I went to pick my vehicle up. This is when I found out that once again, Derik had “forgot” to tell the mechanic my brakes were being replaced. No now I have driven 90 miles for service, and spent 8 hours without my truck. And I have to make an additional appointment at my own cost to come back and have them finish what they said would be done the first day. I have my own schedule and am unable to make it back for a second appointment. So now I still have bad brakes. Very unsatisfying visit at Pahrump Valley Auto. Will not be returning.
