Very POOR service and lied about repair charge

Did Not fix the air filter issue and billed labor for item repair saying my air filter caused the issue and voided warranty which was a lie after calling GMC my air filter does not void any warranty

Frank Cuevas ?

I bough my 2022 Silverado 2500HD . I will give this place a bad review because of the way I was treated initially, I didn?t feel welcome . However Frank Cuevas my sales man went above and beyond . Very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. His the only reason I decided to give this dealership a second chance and why I decided to purchase my truck . Frank Cuevas Thank you for the customer service . This man deserves a raise. He treated me like family .

When I checked online it said they had 3 Colorado's in

When I checked online it said they had 3 Colorado's in stocks when I got there none where there the salesman said it was in transit. I told him to check the website. The salesman then wanted me to pay over $5k above msrp and wait a couple of months for a truck. I will take my business elsewhere.

Our salesperson Ashley was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our concerns took the time to make our buying experience comfortable and enjoyable and that was exactly what we needed and more importantly everyone was helpful definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Owner

My husband took my car in for me because I had to work. I scheduled an oil change which includes checking everything and rotating tires. Although I have a receipt indicating most everything was checked it was not and my tires were not rotated. He was told I needed to replace the battery before the warranty was up. But was also told her had to schedule a different appointment for that. I am frustrated that I have to come in for a tire rotation and battery change.

Ed Towser is amazing.

Ed Towser is amazing. Went above and beyond. Delivered our car and took our trade in. My husband couldn't leave the house so Ed and his management took care of us. We are repeat customers because of their service.

Baited

Twice, cars listed on website and not on the lot. Feel like they do bait and switch. I understand they run a few lots in Vegas and henderson however cars are not listed to what property they are on. Very misleading, in my opinion.

service Department

they have worked on both of my cars since we moved here 3 years ago, was just told that they no longer work on vehicles over 10 years old. If that is how they do business guess we will start taking our vehicles into Vegas
