52 days and my 2025 KIA Carnival still isn’t fixed.

52 days and my 2025 KIA Carnival still isn’t fixed. They had it over a month before opening a KIA techline case. That had it for 10 days before they even tried to replicate the issue and then didn’t follow the steps I provided to replicate it. I had to provide a video of the issue happening before they would look at it again. After I provided the video, it sat with them for another 8 days before they tried to replicate the issue again. They break every commitment they make, and it takes several emails/phone calls to get them to take the next step. Waiting on a lemon law/ buy back request to process with KIA. In the end, this will cost KIA $50k+ because Ferguson KIA is unable to reliably service the products they sell.

Be careful of list price vs what they try to charge you.

Be careful of list price vs what they try to charge you. Very unhelpful and will harass you for business after you asked to be left alone.

Kenny was our salesman, from the first interaction he was kind, honest and helpful. He stayed late to get us in the vehicle we wanted and really worked to get us the best deal. Brandon in finance was also wonderful to work with. These guys went above and beyond for us and we are so very thankful. Thank you guys so much!

I have used Ferguson for many years to service my Acadia,

I have used Ferguson for many years to service my Acadia, so it was the obvious choice when I wanted to buy a new car. Jason Howard was so helpful in finding the exact trim, color and interior I wanted. He’s a gem!
