My Kia Stinger was taken in for a simple problem which
My Kia Stinger was taken in for a simple problem which was easily resolved by enabling a control switch inside the car. When I picked up the vehicle, it was unbelievably dirty- both outside and inside. The contents of the rear hatch compartment were massively displaced due to high turning forces. My hidden GPS tracker documented that my Kia Stinger was taken away from the dealership without my knowledge or consent, on an apparent "joy ride", at times exceeding posted highway speed limits. The service advisor admitted to the general manager that he and the service department manager had driven the car away from the dealership. No test drive was required for turning the switch back on. The misuse of my personal vehicle is unacceptable. I will never return to this dealership and have warned many to avoid these unprofessional people. The dealership has been reported to Kia corporate. This incident is currently under review. If one decides to take their car to Ferguson Kia for service or to purchase a new car from this dealership, my opinion is that you are taking an unnecessary risk.

This experience was even better than I imagined and I believe that is due in large part to Jacob. Rather than the high-pressure salesman who is so often encountered at the dealerships, Jacob asked me what I was looking for—the “want to haves” and “the gotta haves”. He then matched me up with what I feel is even better than what I was planning on shopping for. Ferguson has a sound reputation for me. I have bought the last 3 of the 4 cars I have owned in my life at Ferguson. The last 2 were both Suzukis and were amazing vehicles for me. In my opinion Ferguson strives the best to give high quality at affordable prices and aims for the highest customer satisfaction. This is demonstrated by having employees like Jacob. Thanks for a wonderful experience and for get helping me find the right car for me.

Jason Howard is great. He is respectful, not pushy, and very helpful. He got us what we needed. It was a great experience- something I never thought I’d say about purchasing a vehicle.
