Great Service Best place to buy a car

Everyone is wonderful. I am treated like one of the family. The best place to by a car. Service is outstanding.

A great dealership

I really enjoy dealing with all the staff at Troy-Alan. It is quite obvious that everyone there makes the effort to make sure that your car needs are taken care of. It is professionally operated. What more can I say other than THANK YOU

A GREAT Dealership They treat there Customers VERY

They were Very helpful and understanding about a front brake concern. During the time it took to repair the issue,they even made a loaner car available to me. Very frendly, and asked if I understood how they took care of the brake issue. Even though they are going through a Major Rehab. They went OUT of there way to make thing very confortable for there customers. I would recommend this Auto Dealership to any one.I THINK IT VAS A VERY VERY POOR DECISION TO TAKE AWAY THERE CADILLAC FRANCHISE. I WAS THINKING OF REPLACING MY 2013 CTS WITH A NEW ONE. BUT I will NOT, because of the distance I have to travel to get to the other dealerships.

Great service. Great people

The staff was quick and friendly when I dropped of the vehicle for service. The service manager took the time to explain what was done to the vehicle and showed the report for brake linings remaining and tire wear.

Great service, VERY helpful staff, Fair pricing,

I am looking forward to the finished product of your remoldeling of your building. The staff has always been VERY frendley and helpful. Great service

Even with improvements under way, I was able to get in and out quickly without any delays. Very organized and efficient. The added Saturday service hours really work well for my busy work schedule.

great job

the mechanic could not fix my hands free phone problems and my iPod problems but i went to my salesperson and told her my issues and her and a nether girl went to work to solve my problems and they did a great job , I feel that the mechanic should have a lot more training on the media devices
