Great experience great car!!

We came to the dealership because of the car I had researched online. We knew what we wanted and we already had a plan in mind. For as prepared as we were, we were still nervous for the experience because we have not had very good car buying experiences before. Bill greated us on the floor and helped us every step of the way! We had a great test drive because I wasn't sure if upgrading to the traverse would be a difficult transition to drive. Then once we loved the test drive we sat in his office and told him everything we had researched. We already had the car we wanted in mind and our price also in mind. Bill sat and listened to us and got us into the car we wanted. He didn't try to force us into more than we wanted or talk us into anything we couldn't handle. Bill was a great sales man very laid back and not annoying and pushy! We had a very excellent experience.

Persistence paid off

My 2013 Cadillac XTS was brought in for service in late November. The car interior was left covered in grease on all four door panels, floor mats and the dashboard. This was not noticed until the next day because I picked it up at night. I completed the survey I received from the dealership and noted my concern. I was quickly contacted by Dylan, a service rep, who initially seemed very concerned. I told him I had already spent a few hours cleaning it and he asked what he could do to make it right. I declined any compensation, but he persisted. I had inquired previously about the 2015 navigation system update, so Dylan said he would compensate me by providing the update at no charge. He stated he would call me back after he got approval from the service manager, Kevin. I heard back from Dylan in December and he told me it had been approved and it should be in shortly. He said if I did not hear back from him in January to give him a call. I called in January and Dylan said it had not yet come in. I called in February and was told again by Dylan that it had still not come in. I called in March and spoke with Regina who said she had no idea what I was talking about and that Dylan was no longer there and Kevin had moved to another Baierl dealership (Kia). She said she would look into it and get back to me. She never called. In March, I was back for an oil change and spoke with Rich, the service writer, who notated it in the computer and said he would look into it and get back to me. He never called. In April, I called and spoke with Regina again who again told me she would look into it and get back to me. She again neglected to do so. In May, I called and asked to speak with the general manager and was told he was on vacation, so they put me through to the assistant service manager, Jim's, voicemail. I left a detailed message for Jim explaining all of my previous experiences with his employees and the still unresolved issue at hand. He never called back. In the beginning of June, I called yet again and spoke with Regina who was obviously bothered by my call. Although I had spoken with her two times previously, she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. She claimed to take note of my problem and said she would refer it to Jim because that's all she was able to do. I explained I had left him a message and never heard back from him in addition to all of the other contacts who had failed me. It is now June 18th and I am still waiting to hear back from anyone who will follow through on the promise they made to me in November. Terrible customer service and business practices. Not only did they leave my Cadillac filthy, they never even had the common courtesy to return my phone calls regarding the compensation they insisted I accept. ***I was finally contacted in June by Mike Rossi, the General Manager, who said he was unaware of the issues I had experienced. He had my nav upgrade within a week of speaking to me and threw in a full detail for all of my troubles. He was very apologetic and took ownership of the problem on behalf of his employees.

Great Sales Experience

My Sales rep, Cory Branch did an amazing job helping me work in my budget. He was very friendly, understanding, and helpful each step of the way. He and his Manager worked with me to give me a great lease deal and I was happy. Cory was acomodating and worked in my time schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.

Baierl Earned Our Repeat Business

We bought our first "Baierl" auto two and 1/2 years ago from Ed Haskins. We love our Equinox and the outstanding service we have received from this dealer and its employees. When it was time to trade our Toyota in, we called Ed and made an appointment to see him. Once again, we were very happy dealing with him and later that day drove a new Malibu home. We could have gone to a lot of dealers but felt that Baierl deserved our repeat business. We continue to share our positive experiences at Baierl with all our friends! Marilyn Sproule

Baierl Chevrolet Cadillac

I've purchased many cars at Baierl dealerships in Wexford, Pa. over many years and have never had any issues. 1 Cadillac , 3 Chevy Impalas and once an Alero :-). (I actually had over 120,000 miles on my Alero when I traded that in; seems like 20 years ago) The personnel have all been courteous, informative and patient. I have no plans to buy elsewhere in the future. Convenient location to my home and service department always been accommodating when required. This is a 5 star group of professionals. I know Dave Ging personally and he is very well versed in automobiles. Eric Raymond

Baierl is the BEST!

I sent an email to Ed Haskins expressing my interest in purchasing a new vehicle, and within one week I was signing the papers for a loan that had an unbelievable interest rate, and driving my new car. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.

A GREAT GROUP TO DEAL WITH

A very stress free experience. Cory identified my requirements and was able to find the right car for us, This is our 5th car purchased from Baierl and the overall sales and service experience keep us coming back.

Smooth, easy process. Knowledgable staff!!

Great experience leasing my first car! Kyle walked me though each step, making sure I fully understood everything. I felt so comfortable signing my first lease on my first Chevy!! Kyle Tasky is the best!!!!!!
