My experience with purchasing the car was quite good.

My experience with purchasing the car was quite good. However like all car purchases it is the service that is the true test. I purchased a used Cadillac XT5 with 18,000 miles on it, of which I paid right around $43,000 counting the extended warranty. After I had the car a little less than 5 months I noticed the glue on the dashboard gave way that was holding down the leather and the leather began to buckle and bubble. I made an appointment with the dealership to have it looked at and repaired. When I took it in I also noticed the bubbling on the right passenger side on the dash was also bad which I just thought was because of the airbag was there. That was bad when I purchased the car which I had no idea until I looked at the other XT5's on the lot and the dash was perfectly flat. I was told that there was nothing they could do even tho the damage was there when I purchased the car. One of the service people told me to get in touch with Cadillac to see if they could do anything for me and to let them know. Another words they wanted me to do there work for them. So, I am now waiting on a response from Cadillac with absolutely no help from Baierl Chevrolet. If Cadillac does not do anything for me I will pursue legal action with a District Justice to get results. I will say this beware of the service at Baierl Chevrolet in Wexford. This is a outright disgrace.

You will take steps that this does not happen again? That is your response? What happened to your quality inspections before the car is put on the lot for resale? I was told This car was driven by either one of your sales managers or a finance manager and the bubbling on the dashboard was like that when I purchased the car. As I said I only found out it was not suppose to be like that when I had the car in to be looked at when the rest of the glue started giving way and the whole dashboard started to bubble up. I paid in excess of $40,000 for this car and its the best answer you have? I am not interested in SO IT DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! The Glue was faulty through no fault of mine.I am waiting on a answer from Cadillac, and if it is not satisfactory I will pursue this through the district justice office in claims court and post the results.

This review is actually about Baierl Chevy service

This review is actually about Baierl Chevy service department. We were hit by construction debris on I 79, our tire was punctured and quickly lost air pressure. We were able to get to a gas station in Wexford, called all around and the parts department at Baierl found the tire we needed, connected us to service and they got us in within 1/2 an hour. Page at the service desk was so kind and helpful getting our information and getting our vehicle taken care of. We were at their mercy, on our way to Florida with hotel reservations in Virginia that night. They replaced the tire, did not overcharge us and had us back on the road in less than two hours. We have never had a service department take care of us as well and we have been Cadillac owners for many years with great service! Thank you all so much, we are truly in awe of your level of service and integrity.

Bairel Chevrolet

I have been purchasing Chevrolet Trucks from Bariel Chevrolet since the 1990?s. I never had any problems or issues with vehicle?s or personnel. I always felt I was handed a somewhat fair deal. I?m sure dealerships want to get the most for any new vehicle purchase, but not at the expense of wasting valuable time or taking advantage of a good hearted person who is only wanting to save as much money as possible and getting the best deal.

Sold car out from underneath me

I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle. Informed our salesman we wanted to purchase however I wanted to go through my own bank for financing and had a pre-approval for this specific vehicle. They made me an offer on my trade and I accepted that as well. I tried to contact my salesman to send the bill of sale to my bank with no avail. I had everything set up with my bank to sign the paperwork the very next day however the dealership called me prior to my appt to inform me he was off the prior the day and someone else SOLD the vehicle. He seemed like a good salesman until this. He knew I was working with paperwork stuff on monday as banks are closed through the weekend. He was off work that day and instead of assigning someone else to help me they sold the vehicle. Alot of wasted drive time there and back as well as pre-approval credit ding to my credit score and just broke my heart honestly. Beware if you choose to not use their financing.
