Great customer service
Mission Chevrolet, as a dealership, was fantastic! Oscar Vielma, our sales agent, was very helpful and friendly, as was Eddie de la Canal, the finance rep. The sales manager was great to work with too. And last, but not least, Adrian Maese the customer service manager was outstanding as well. Adrian even remembered us from when we bought an Equinox here about 5 years ago. The purchase process with Mission has never been a hassle at all (time consuming with all the paperwork and finagling with the finance company but that is expected). I will shop here again and recommend Mission to all of my friends and family. The ONLY issue I have is with General Motors quality control. A day after I bought my 2015 Camaro, the ignition key would not come out. I had to take in my 1 day old car in for service. I do not expect these types of issues with new cars, especially a model that is not new and has had the bugs worked out. That would be the only thing that would keep me from buying here again. As reference, I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra, from day 1 I have never had a single issue with it. If the General would give me that type of quality and reliability, I would by all of my cars/trucks here. But, I have to say, when I called Oscar and Adrian about the issue, they were great. They kept in touch and kept me informed of the progress of the diagnosis and fix. Gene Torres, the service agent, was great too! He kept me informed as well on the progress and made sure to have my car back to me that same day. I will bring in my car for service here too because of that level of service. A big thank you to Oscar, Eddie, Adrian, and Gene!

Great service
While hospitalized, my friend took my vehicle in to have battery replaced. A bad battery cable was replaced and all work including battery was covered under warranty. Thanks and excellent work Mission Chevrolet Service Department.

Good service, processed work effeciently
I was able to have necessary repair done to my vehicle, in addition to getting my state inspection sticker in a reasonable amount of time. Also got a car wash, very much needed.

Good service
- Been there for a Oil change, a recall and a replace of a button who is peeling. * I did not receive the service ticket/order number. * I knew the fix will take just a pair of hours, the guy told me most of day, so I take the charter, my plan was to wait for it and walk around the stores, I was right about two hours later I received the call, the car is ready. * My car is 2014 so is all covered, wished the guy told me there is no charge for your oil change, the recall is covered, like also the button, to be not worry about surprises. * Did receive a call to pick me car, I did, few hours later receive another call to pick my car now from the guy, I told him I already have it. * Days later receive a call from the guy I leave no message about the issue, just his name and phone, I call back he not take my call, So I wonder Is the pending part (Button) ready to install?, why he call?, So I guess I need to call, wish he insist and try to reach me. * The new charter guy is a polite guy, nice ride home; wish Chevy not text him, so he not get distracted, like he did. * The services guys, all, looks boring, need to show energy/motivation/customer service oriented. * I will recommend Chevy service only If I speak with my relative or friend first, about issues like don't forget to ask for the service ticket number, ask if the oil or warranty service is covered, how long will take the service so you know if you wait or take the charter, the service guy will not give your car when done you will need to ask to a clerk if everything is done, like is the recall done?, is the oil change done?, Is the peeling part done?, when is the part ready to install?, will receive a call?. ** Thanks for the donuts, the coffee, the WiFi, the water bottles, missed the newspaper.

Randy Clark provided excellent customer service, he wasn't just interested in his part of the sale but making us feel like we were long time friends. He is an excellent at his job. I will be sending all my friends & family to him. They went outta there way to bring over my new car to my location in Hobbs NM I'll always buy from Chevy and mission chevy
