BOUGHT 2016 GRAND CARAVAN
HAVE BOUGHT ALOT OF CARS OVER THE YEARS AND AFTER GOING HERE I DO NOT THINK I WILL EVER LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, THEY WERE ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. EVERYTHING FROM START TO FINISH WAS GREAT,COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.

1) You work directly with Dave. 2) He has you in and out in very little time. His best deal is on the table in a matter of minutes. 3) Very little haggle, very reasonable with working dealer trades, and accessories. Well worth the drive to Mechanicsburg

Lossed my business
While searching online for a used truck I came across one at Dave Kehl with very low miles and a great price. I live over an hour away so I called to confirm it was still available. Once I arrived I went inside and stood around for 15 minutes and no one said a word to me. I decided to go try and find the truck myself and the lot was so unorganized and crammed full I couldn’t find much of anything. No prices or information on any vehicle. Went back inside and waited another 10 minutes before a receptionist asked if I needed something. Told her what I was looking for and she went to find keys. She came back and instead of coming over to me she proceeded to speak with someone else. When she eventually came back to me she told me she couldn’t find the keys. I told her I had spoken with someone earlier and was told the truck was on the lot. She went and looked again and eventually found them. Also note there were several opportunities for other staff to help me and they ignored me as well. After another 20 minutes someone pulled the truck up. Again, no one spoke to me. I checked out the truck and was interested but had several questions. As a salesperson had still never come to speak with me I went back in. Told the receptionist I had some questions and of course she couldn’t answer them and couldn’t get anyone to come help me. Ultimately decided that this wasn’t a dealership I wanted to work with since they obviously didn’t want my business. I only stuck around as long as I did due to the long drive. Vehicles are too expensive for no customer service.

Poor customer service
Stopped in today to look at used trucks. Receptionist was nice but instructed me to view trucks online. Thanks but I drove there to view trucks. I’ve always heard good things about Dave Kehl Chevrolet but I wasn’t impressed if that’s how business is done.

Great experience
This is my second vehicle I’ve bought from here. I was in and out in an hour. Anna is a pleasure to work with. I’ve had a few things that had went wrong with the vehicle after I drove it off the lot, called them up and they took care of it. This will be the only dealership I’ll go to.

Good service. ..
Saw a used vehicle I'd been looking for on their Internet ad, read the carfax report then called to confirm availability and had it checked out..... was assisted in shuttle to dealership, completed the paperwork quickly ( they are pretty busy there ) and was on the road. Nice dealership.
