2014 GMC Yukon XL

Purchase experience was simple and efficient. Car was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Jamie was friendly. No rush or pressure during vehicle review and test drive. I felt the pricing on the car was very competitive. Jamie also included a small bottle of touch up paint after I requested that. Jamie also indicated after we had decided to complete the purchase, that the tank would be filled for us while we completed the finance paperwork. (Later after we had left the dealer we noticed the tank had been filled to 1/2 tank of fuel....) Now for the opportunities for improvement: 1) I was told on the phone that the vehicle would come with a 30 day limited warranty included but then was told at the dealership that due to mileage/yr of vehicle it would not come with any warranty- and that the person who told me that on the phone "had made a mistake" 2) After we had the vehicle at home for a few days, we discovered the right rear door lock was not operable with the power actuated locks. Works manually, but will not lock or unlock with the rest of the doors when the power door lock buttons are pressed. This was not disclosed by anyone at the dealer. Overall we are very pleased with the vehicle and with the purchase decision overall.

2017 GMC Terrain

I would recommend Dave Arbogast for your next vehicle. I have been looking for a specific GMC Terrain and was very excited to see it on their lot. John W was very helpful and knowledgeable with this vehicle and I had a very hassle free purchase. The car was freshly detailed and waiting for me to pick it up. Thank you John, Dan and the Dave Arbogast team.

A great buying experience

We found the vehicle we wanted on AutoTrader.com and got in touch with the folks at Dave Arbogast to view and drive it. It was a 2 hour drive to the dealership so we were hoping for a good experience. John Weigel was extremely courteous and got us into the test drive quickly. He reviewed the details of the pricing and how they valued our trade-in, and since the pricing was fair, it was a very smooth deal. We returned 2 days later after completing financing at a local bank. Paperwork with Dan York was well explained, and we were on the road quickly. All in all an enjoyable purchasing experience.

Extraordinary Service

We have been purchasing our new and used vehicles at Dave Arbogast since 1995. Purchasing a vehicle at Arbogast takes away the dreadful “comparison shopping” process, and actually makes it an enjoyable event. Our sales representative, MARK LINDENAUER, with his larger than life personality, is a huge factor in our repeat purchases at Arbogast. We really can’t say enough about Mark, because he’s unlike any car salesmen you’ll ever meet. He genuinely cares about our experience and our satisfaction. That relationship goes a long way. Selling truck to this dealer

Rick S. was extremely helpful in the process to purchase our GMC truck. He was fair in pricing and helpful in getting us through the process to the point of handing us our check. Very happy with the team and Rick at this facility.

Warranty Repair and Diagnostic is horrendous

I had the worst experience with this dealership than any other dealerships in my entire life and I've owned over 20 vehicles in my time. I went to the dealership because the review rating and I honestly do not know how they've managed to pull off over 4 stars. I took my 2016 F150 Crew cab with the ecoboost engine into this dealership as several issues were going on. I had taken video of the issues and showed it to them in person before I dropped my truck off with them for a week. I spent about 45 minutes driving my truck with their manager and their technician showing them the issues and immediately the manager denied seeing or hearing any of the issues,yet when the technician went with me he saw and heard what was going on. So long story short my truck was with them for a week and they called me and said they didn't find anything. Even though they acknowledged that the issues from the video they stated that they have an unwritten policy that states if the issue isn't constantly present even if they see that it has been going on before but not consistently present at the time of drop off they will not do anything to figure out what the issue is or even fix it. Keep in mind my truck is still under the original factory warranty and even has a certified warranty. They can say anything they want and the warranty is pointless. I'm a contractor and the best way I can compare would be if you called me up and said your sink was leaking but it wasn't happening all the time and you showed me a video and I arrive at your home and it wasn't leaking at that time but I knew from your video that it has leaked several times before and I just look at you and say call me when it's constantly leaking and I'll come back and figure it out. Be honest with yourself and tell me what kind of impression would that leave you with me as a contractor. Please do yourself a favor and don't do business with this dealership as they do not want to back Fords warranty or the certified warranty as this is beyond ridiculous. They don't even want to find out what issues you have that are going on which shows what we are all constantly experiencing today is a lack of customer service.

Excellent experience at Dave Arbogast!

We love working with Dave Arbogast in choosing our vehicle. Everyone there was so friendly and made you feel like they really wanted you there. Our salesman, Ross Dillahunt, was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and with him making suggestions to us we got the perfect car for us. He didn’t treat us like customers, he treated us like family. This reflects well on Dave Arbogast. We’ll continue to deal here.

First time buyer from Arbogast.

I recently bought a used truck from Mark Lindenauer at Dave Arbogast. Mark was very helpful and made me feel at home. This is the first vehicle I bought at Dave Arbogast and was very happy with the experience. Everyone there was very helpful and willing to do what it took so I could leave that night with my truck. Wonderful experience!

I was pleased with the professional service and the quality of the dealership when I purchase a new GMC Acadia. My salesperson, Ross Dillahunt was polite, friendly and really took the time to listen to what type of vehicle I was looking for...he did not just sell me something he needed to sell. He made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I took several test drives in new & used vehicles (based on my budget) and Ross carefully explained the pros & cons of each. I felt comfortable in the decision, did not feel rushed or pushed. This is the third time I've purchased a vehicle from the Arbogast Dealership, my previous purchases were used car & trucks. I highly recommend Dave Arbogast Car Dealership!
