My salesman Ricardo Muniz took the time to listen to my needs and provided excellent service. He took me to my dream car and explained all of the functions and answered my questions. He was very insightful and knowledgeable about the functionality of the vehicle and financial process. I was able to leave the lot with my car the same day.

Very nice atmosphere but needs more automotive

Trench is amazing!

Trench is amazing! He was very patient and knowledgeable about the car I was looking for. He was very detailed and went above and beyond! He was great about keeping me updated with everything! Contact Gerry Lane Buick GMC and ask specifically for Trench!

After bring my vehicle to the GM dealer, I went to pick

After bring my vehicle to the GM dealer, I went to pick the vehicle up. I was not there long, but it appears to me that GM is only concerned with money and not customer satisfaction. I have had transmission work done on this vehicle (2018 GMC Sierra 1500, vin 3GTU2PEC3JG542830) several times now and it's still not fixed properly. Also, the Waiver of Redhibition Warranty and Righsts was NOT disclosed to me before or after I signed and paid for the service. However, after reading the waiver when I got home, it was abundantly clear to me that GMC is not interested in customer service and is only interested in deceiving the customer and committing a robbery on us. Very disappointing. Will I buy another GM, yeah probably so, but with great disappointment. (The bill came out to over $2200, but I don't even know how it was calculated since GM paid close to $200.00 which left me with a bill of $1600.00. Apparently, there were other fees that I did not know about) SHAME SHAME SHAME

From my sales person Tony Russ to management like Jimmy

From my sales person Tony Russ to management like Jimmy Gordon and Keioike Nutter my buying experience was a breeze! They all did everything to make it stress free. Mr. Guthrie was very thorough with my finance paperwork and made sure I understood everything before signing. I definitely recommend Gerry Lane and their staff!

The entire staff that worked with me to purchase my new

The entire staff that worked with me to purchase my new truck are outstanding. That starts with the salesman, the paperwork personnel down to the delivery driver.

Failure to comply with the policies of GMC Buick

It seems like a waste of my time that nothing was fixed even though I presented the letter Buick GMC sent me to have the motor repaired.
