Mike was nice, but don’t EVER mix politics with business.

Mike was nice, but don’t EVER mix politics with business. Blaming the president for inflation was just asinine. Then asking me if I carry a gun because “it’s getting bad these days”. I’m mind blown. It’s no one’s business if I pack a gun, and I don’t want to hear about your wife packing one. But I didn’t walk off, I waited and got the numbers. He was always friendly and courteous though so I’m giving the dealership three stars because they were average. I would give Mike two stars for being polite gentleman with a political agenda that I don’t want to hear while I’m shopping!

Highly highly HIGHLY recommend this dealership! In the purchasing of our past four vehicles, we have traveled 2-4 hours away to purchase because we have had such horrible experiences at most every local dealership in the Huntsville area. That all changed at Lynn Layton and it is safe to say they will be our new go-to dealership for any car buying for us, our family members, and friends in the future. Reasons to bring your hard-earned dollar to them: first and foremost, they are upfront, honest, and not pushy. As I alluded to, I have dealt with many a car salesman and many many a dealership. I understand the market has changed in the past ten years and car buying is not like it used to be, but as a consumer, that can be hard to understand and navigate. Here at Lynn Layton I felt very comfortable. I did not feel at all like I was being pushed or coerced, but I did feel like any question I had would be answered and answered honestly. They were transparent, which I VERY MUCH appreciate, informative, and overall made the whole experience less stressful and more pleasant (as pleasant as car buying can be). We dealt with Mike Mendez as our salesperson, who alone I would absolutely give a 10/10. But everyone we encountered there was extremely kind and helpful. I know y’all don’t know me from Adam but I do hope you’ll take my recommendation and give them a chance, especially if you’ve had bad experiences elsewhere, let them change your mind! 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Tim Howard helped make buying my new Cadillac XT6 the best car buying experience. Mr. Howard was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! He had everything ready when I arrived, so I didn’t have to spend too much time at the dealership. The vast inventory and price is what drew me to drive 100 miles to find my perfect SUV and Mr. Howard’s customer service is impeccable! He treated my girls and I like family and made my girls feel included in our purchase, which helps make it easier with children. I plan to return to Lynn Layton and Tim Howard for all my car needs!

Very friendly and professional employees.

Very friendly and professional employees. We purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan and are very happy with the car. Their finance department made things very quick and easy.

It is a Learning Curve on how to utilize features on this vehicle, and they have been very helpful on showing me how to access these new features.
