I would first like to thank the whole Yark Chevrolet dealership / employees every1 is very professional 🎯 👏 👍 💯 secondly i want to thank my salesman Mr.Thomas for having great confidence within his self, passing that great energy my way. Mr Thomas kept telling me we're going to think positive, he said a prayer in the air of me walking out of this dealership with my choice of vehicle which is what happened 72hrs ago. I'm still in shock, thus I'm still excited, and appreciative. I was giving a tour around the whole dealership inside and out which is beautiful while the staff / crew did there jobs ect overall I'm very humble and greatful cause I walk out with my chevy camaro of choice which I love so shop at Yark Chevrolet ask for Mr.Thomas I bet you walk out with your dream vehicle 💯

Serviced on 11-18-23 for brakes, tried to sell me

Serviced on 11-18-23 for brakes, tried to sell me transmission flush which was done in previous visit, failed to put accurate tire PSI. Damage to front passenger plastic bumper observed after service, not sure if damage caused by dealership but service takes video around the car and noticed nail in tire but did not notice this damage. GM never returned my text.

Mr. Hierholzer, we’re very sorry for the confusion on the damage to the lower front fascia. We didn’t mention it at write up since it couldn’t be seen until it was in the air and the tech didn’t mention it in the video because he thought that you had to know about it already because of the age of the damage. As you were able to see in the video, that was sent while your vehicle was here, the damage had been there for a while and wasn’t a concern for safety.

I was not able to see any clarity from the video and I am not a plastics expert, so I can not reply to the age of the damage or what caused the damage. I wouldn't have wrote up this review if there were not some issues at the time of service and if the GM would of replied to my text when he requested that I send some pics of the damage. The GM did not reply for 2 days.

Blaine was fantastic to work with.

Blaine was fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, and found the perfect vehicle for us, while making the process super easy. He's our new go-to guy for cars and trucks. You should make him yours too! Thanks Blaine!
