Excellent service from my salesman. He took the time out to explain my vehicle make sure everything was working before I left the lot. He assisted with setting up my additional features for my vehicle even after the lot closed. Excellent service!!

We tried to give John the benefit of the doubt after the
We tried to give John the benefit of the doubt after the last transaction he was very Dishonest, and we removed the review from it. That was a big mistake. The first time he lied about the Warranty and extra stuff he claimed we needed then wouldn't give us a copy of the warranty information when we asked for it until we put the review out. We went there to get another vehicle and he was dishonest from the get-go. We gave him permission to run our credit one time and he ran it 9 times. He lied about the downpayment and changed it multiple times even for a vehicle that was less than the original one and with the same trade in value. It started as $3000 down then went to $12000 when the vehicle was $10000 cheaper than the first one. He wouldn't give us the interest rate. And then when we called him and told him that doesn't sound right about the down payments cause the cheaper the car the downpayment wouldn't go up then he wouldn't return our calls or answer when we called. We learned our lesson. Won't give them a third chance to lie and stuff on us. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, then I would go elsewhere because they will lie and don't tell the truth if their life depended on it. There are other dealers around that are more than willing to be honest and take care of the customers. We went to another dealership, and they took care of us, and we got what we needed.

We apologize for your experience, and regret any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused you. We feel we have done everything we can to address these issues and explain why you and your husband needed more money down. You had $3,000 down and based off your credit scenario and income scenario you would need quite a bit more money down. You wanted to know what it would take to get into a truck and John explained that he would need to send your information into multiple banks in order to get that answer for you, you agreed and he began the normal process of trying to get a subprime borrower approved. Your income and husbands stated income were quite a bit less than the previous time you purchased your vehicles so the bank required roughly $10,000 down. John gave you all of the payment and loan information. You consistently called and wanted to do different vehicles and demanded that he get you approved with less money down. You eventually switched to a less expensive vehicle, but because of your negative equity and less rebates on the vehicle the bank required additional money down. Please know that we truly try our best to take care of everyone to the best of our ability.
That is not the whole truth and we was looking for a lower down payment and options. If that was the case, why did we go get a truck same price from same borrower you we were approved from with Yark with the option of $0 down and we DID NOT have to turn our vehicle in like was told with Yark. We was told only Yark would give us the trade in value, but the other dealer offered us same trade in value as Yark. So, we got a new truck and kept our other vehicle we had with less down payment from another dealer. We were told we had to turn our vehicle in to get it the lender said that wasn't true I called them. Thats when john started not returning calls and demanding more and got upset. He refused to give interest rate and loan information, so I called them myself. I left messages for John never got a call back. with the vehicles we called asked different vehicles (which was only 2) and different down payments because we was looking for a lower down payment. We never demanded because we know we can't demand to be approved. John was the one demanding what we do and wasn't willing to listen or try help us with different options. But we did get a new truck with same lender you said we was approved from with another dealer. John got mad cause we called loan company. We got a better deal at another dealer even after John lowered our credit score from running it many times. we have screen shots from last review and issues we had with john and all responses that we removed from the last time we had an issue with him. Also, our income is higher than before when we bought our last vehicle. In the End we went to another dealer got what we needed with better deal.
He did not explain anything about how to get into the truck. He DEMANDED that we had to get a vehicle from you and wasn't allowed to get one anywhere else. The problem is that he lies and tries to manipulate people into doing what he wants them to and then when they question him or make call asking about what he says then he don't like it cause can't screw that person over because they know the truth. This is the second time he has lied about stuff to us. The only reason we gave him another chance after the first time was because we liked Jason. Sad thing is there are people that he has done that to and fell for it. People like him are the reason a lot of people try to avoid car dealerships.

FIRST EQUINOX OIL CHANGE...YARK DID NOT CHECK TIRE PRESSURES..HAD TO GO BACK ..REAR DISC BRAKE DRAGGING..YARK DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX. WILL NEVER RETURN..

Friday August 11, 2023 the service dept.
Friday August 11, 2023 the service dept. changed oil and rotated tires. Everything seemed fine until two days later I found a lug nut laying in my driveway. Obviously, they did not tighten all the lug nuts properly, fairly dangerous. I took it back the following Monday and they secured the lug nut and checked the rest as well. I sent a review previously through google, they took it down. Left message for Mike Parks, service mgr, never heard back, however, Chrissy took care of the situation.
