Very Poor experience trying to get a scheduled oil

Very Poor experience trying to get a scheduled oil change. My daughter was told that the facility power was out, yet garage doors going up and down, television on. No call beforehand to let us know. This is the second time this has happened. Whatever happened to customer service. She was told to reschedule! Guess what, they lost my business for good.

We apologize your experience has led you to leave us a negative review. We have forwarded your concerns to proper management for more information. On the day of your daughter’s appointment, we did have partial power on that day. Most of the overhead doors, computers and air compressor were all down. The appointment was for 1pm and we did try calling at 11:09am and the phone said the mailbox was full so we were unable to leave a message. Please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and sincerely apologize for your experience, and regret any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused you.

I recently purchased a Jaguar F Pace from Yark Chevrolet

I recently purchased a Jaguar F Pace from Yark Chevrolet and am so pleased with my purchase and especially pleased with the assistance I received from Blaine Marston. He was so helpful he even went out in the rain and made a video of the car since we lived 10 hrs away. When we got there after driving so long he offered us snacks and drinks and really made it worth the drive 🤩
