Service Repair
Service department was poor and did not call me about my vehicle. When I called in I could not reach the service agent I was told to contact and had to call back 3 times before another service agent checked on the status for me. I also had a bad experience with hertz rental car that your service department set up the vehicle that was given to me leaked oil on my garage floor. When I told the service agent at Yark he stated that the service manager would contact me that was two weeks ago. I left a message for the service manager today 12/30 and have still not received any response. This is the first time I have had to do anything major with your service department and I am very dissatisfied. I am very sorry that I purchased an extended warranty through Yark. The lack of customer service and follow through with your service department is deplorable. I will be following up with your general manager.

Fantastic Car Buying Experience.
Fantastic Car Buying Experience. I was looking to purchase a used pickup truck. I searched EBAY, autotrader, and cars.com and happen to come across one located at Yark Chevrolet in Perryburg Ohio that was very reasonably priced. My internet point of contact was Mr. Blaine Marston. I live 600 miles away in Alabama and asked Blaine to go over the vehicle top to bottom and provide me an overall condition of the vehicle. Within a short period of time, Blaine had done just that and provided me additional pictures as well as an in-depth video. Blaine realized I lived out of town and went well beyond what was expected of him and provided this additional level of detail that I have rarely experienced before. I decided to go ahead and purchase the truck on the following Monday and informed Blaine of my travel plans and placed a small deposit to hold the vehicle. On the following Monday evening, I arrived at the dealership where I was promptly greeted by Blaine himself. He also had the truck detailed and waiting in a well lit delivery area as it was dark outside. The truck exceeded my expectations for a used vehicle. It looked and drove like a brand new vehicle. Blaine was very professional, honest, courteous and personable which is a refreshing change from the big city dealerships. When I arrived at the dealership and after the test drive, it was getting close to closing time, but everyone remained until the last customer left the building. Connor Bowen in the finance department was also a pleasure to do business with and was extremely helpful. In a short amount of time the paperwork was complete and I was on the road with my new purchase heading back home. As a collector of cars, boats, and motorcycles I have made quite a few purchases over the years and this dealership really stands out. I would highly recommend Yark Chevrolet. If you do decide to purchase from Yark Chevrolet ask for Blaine Marston. You will not regret it.

Our granddaughter’s 2017 Malibu broke down yesterday and
Our granddaughter’s 2017 Malibu broke down yesterday and we needed to help her. We live in South Carolina. Chris worked with us and treated us like family. He is caring, professional, efficient and friendly. He single handedly restored our faith in business customer service. 48 hours later the car is repaired and suggested maintenance finished. Grandma and Grandpa are satisfied and Granddaughter is very happy!
