Blaine went above and beyond to make sure all her questions were answered, and everything was taken care of from start to finish! After the sale the follow up was just as exceptional!! Even though the car we purchase was used, it looked just as clean as if it was brand new. Would highly recommend Blaine and Yark if you’re in the market for a new or used car!

Don't know where to start. Bought an "as is" Impala. This first time I test drove it, it ran smooth and had no issues. Went to buy it a couple of weeks later, took it home and it shakes when I get it up to 45-50mph, brakes squeak. They had replaced the brakes and new tires. Took it back, they had it all week, picked it up with no changes. Said they were done with it! If you replace something, isn't that a warranty job? I will NEVER recommend this dealership because they will not stand by their work! Even Tireman would if they did the job. Don't know how they got it to run nice for the test drive, but I am very disappointed at myself for buying this car! I will sell it as soon as I can break even for the price I paid! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Oh, yeah, the "Sales Manager" that my husband dealt with was very rude and condescending to him. (He was dealing with this issue since I was at work.) YARK will NEVER see me again!! Blaine, the salesman, never even explained how things worked. Just because we had owned one prior, this model had more features, which I have had to figure out on my own. He hooked me up to Onstar and couldn't get out of the car fast enough! He got his $$, didn't care that I still don't know all the features! Nice job, Blaine!
