Weirs had my truck in for fuel contamination.
Weirs had my truck in for fuel contamination. They had the truck for 5 weeks. During that time I contacted them with 5 text messages with no response. 2 phone calls from my wife with no response. My insurance agent contacted them via email 4 times with little information. I sent an email to one of the owners with no response. I drove down there and spoke to the service department and got little information. They finally contacted me the day before I picked up the truck and told me it would be ready for pick up the next day. When I picked up the truck they handed a list of parts with no explanation of what had actually been done. The communication from them was non existent. Makes me think whether I will do business with them again.

Repair
They saw me as old so did work that i apparently didnt need but they told me i did so i said yes when 2 came out said if didnt have done engine could go. Valve cover over 800 dollars

My vehicle was in for an Oil Change, Air Filter replacement, and new tires. The service dept ran into an issue getting my vehicle to align properly after multiple attempts with different technicians. Know that I was waiting at the location for my vehicle the Service Manager informed me of the issue and what was done to correct it to that point. He offered me the option of dropping off my vehicle a different day so they could get the issue taken care of. He also gave me a vehicle to use while my vehicle was being repaired as well as matching the tire price and even found a rebate on the tires I purchased. I purchased my vehicle at this location and would recommend Weirs Motor Sales in Arundel Maine to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle.

Had regular service on vehicle as recommended by owners manuel. Also, numerous other repairs, as needed, ( by service department). Outrageous charges for parts and labor of $3032.00. This vehicle is a 2012 with 38,500 miles. I would classify it as bordering on a lemon!

Grateful for my Encore!!
I was in the market for a used vehicle, and needed to get one quickly. Also I needed to finance it with affordable payments on a tight budget.
