Pleasant Staff, Willing to Work

We purchased a car from this dealer because the whole team was super. Every staff member was pleasant and easy to work with. They didn't have the color/model combination we wanted so they searched all over looking for it. They found the vehicle we wanted 150 miles away. They presented us an excellent price and a good trade value. Our car arrived at the dealership the next day and we took delivery that night. AAA+ sales support from this dealership.

Nice People, Great Deal

We went to this dealership to look at another car and my wife saw something else that caught her eye. Unfortunately it was a little small for our family. After doing a bit of research we looked at an Impala which fit our needs. Renn Kirby didn't have the color and trim level combo we wanted but they did a ton of leg work to find one. We worked the numbers and accepted the offer. The pricing was very aggressive and they beat another dealers offer. Our new car arrived at the dealership from 150 miles away the next day. We never felt any pressure and every person we encountered at the dealership was friendly and personable.

Lab Manager

Kevin (can't remember last name), Antonia Lupian and Lindsey Riley were the people I interacted with on this vehicle service. These new vehicles are far too technologically advanced for my simple mind to risk messing with. It's good to know that there's a great service department you can rely on when needed. Thanks again.

Great place for vehicles

We bought 2 vehicles the same day. Everyone who worked with us was great. Vehicles were in immaculate conditions. Would definitely go to them again when it's time for an upgrade

Great service

Renn Kirby of Gettysburg, PA provided excellent and courteous service by the service personnel. The service appoint was quick and allowed me to wait to be completed. I also purchased the vehicle from the same dealership, and I was very satisfied with the deal I received.

A good repair experience for my 2011 Chevy Cruz.

I had a satisfactory experience at the Renn Kirby dealership. They were nice and explained the problems with my vehicle. The only issue I had was I was told that I would get my car back the same day (Friday), but I did not receive a call until Monday. They needed to order a part that they didn't have. It would've been nice to have a call on Friday telling me that, but they said they forgot to call. I went over the weekend not knowing why I didn't get my car back and thinking that there might be more wrong with it. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Terrible, wish I never walked through their doors.

Bought a newer used SUV and had problems right away. Within days it nearly left me stranded in the cold with two small kids due to a dead battery. Sat for 4 hours to get it replaced. Then the check engine light started coming on. Had it read at a local AutoZone and it's due to dirty fuel injectors. Renn Kirby won't fix it because the light turns off during the hour long trip up there. Just the other day I had a TON of water dump on my lap from an apparent leak in the windshield. RK response? "Well you can see out of it so it still passed inspection". Are you kidding me?!? Worst car experience ever! Now I'm stuck with a loan and a piece of junk car that was bought to keep my kids safe and DRY.

great price. no internet bait and switch.

I came in from NJ to buy my suburban. Not only was the pricing the best I could find but it was also extremely easy. No games or hidden costs. Great way to buy a car.

Satisfied first timer

The dealership had the specific car I was shopping for, they were nice, and professional. Received a hand written thank you note from Mike, the guy who sold my car to me. That was a nice touch, fourth car purchase and first time receiving a thank you note. Ps: my car was priced to sell, so that was good too.
