Very last minute did me and my wife had to buy a vehicle. We went to Burkins and we met Dale Herring where he sold me a vehicle in 2 hours, only 2 hours. He was very friendly and understand and explained everything to me that I needed to know in depth. The whole crew there, treated us as family congratulating us on our new vehicle like a red carpet was rolled out for us. I want to thank Dale for his amazing service and his quick actions to get us in a reliable vehicle but also something that we love. They charged me 225 dollars for a diagnosis and did not give me one. Will never go to this dealership again. And have now learned that other friends had the same experience. They had my car over night and still gave me no answer to the problem with my car and charged me 225 dollars.

It seems like I get great service everytime
I've always gotten good service, so much so I've been selling their service in the waiting room and on the street. I've told people about the deals they have given me on name brand tires over the years and the free rotation I get when I get my old changed every three months. Also I've informed them of other maintenance that I feel was done right and at a fair price. My son lives in Gainesville and I'm going to tell him to bring his car to Burkins for service.

Wrong service was given
I made the appointed for a 100,000 mile check up... I received an oil change that I didn't need as I had already had one and my car was showing 70% on my dashboard.
