great service

had low tire pressure, they fit me in to their schedule, and fixed it that day. Enjoy being able to use the shuttle service.

Kohlsfan

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Kohls team, especially Ryan. Just to name a few of the attributes that I experienced: friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, responsive to my needs. From the moment I walked in the door Ryan was working to deliver the car that I wanted. His response time in searching for available cars, providing specs, going through the specs with me, and finally delivering my car amazed me. The team was also beneficial in helping me to understand other features that are provided by Chevrolet to enhance my long term satisfaction with the vehicle; i.e. vehicle protection plan and extended warranty programs.

Great Salesman = Loyal Customer!

I recently walked in to visit with my salesman, Chris S., and told him that I was getting ready to do a trade. I didn't want anything less than what I already had as far as the bells and whistles went and I wanted a certain color. Chris went right to work and within a couple of weeks he had located the perfect vehicle for me. The dealership traveled to bring the vehicle back to MN and had it ready within a couple of hours of arriving back in MN for me to pick up. The finance department was so easy to work with and made the grueling process of signing papers a breeze. Chris and Kohl's Weelborg have never led me in the wrong direction and I felt very comfortable purchasing this vehicle site unseen and without even driving - that's how much faith I have in them! I would highly recommend visiting Kohl's Weelborg and meet with Chris for your next vehicle purchase~he's my go-to guy!

SUV Purchase

Bought a used SUV from Kohls-Weelborg. Karl did a great job in the whole process. We had a trade as well and was treated fairly. It was a good experience and would buy from the dealership again. Clean building, friendly staff and good prices. Not much else to ask for from a dealership.

Do not trust these guys!

Found A car I liked. Drove it and had 2 issues with the car. They agreed to fix at no charge. It was supposed to be ready the following Tuesday. When I did not hear from them I called they told me the repairs were more than they anticipated and they would not honor our agreement. They said if I wanted the car I would have to pay an extra $800. I refused to be a victim of this scam and now I have to start my car search over. They were very nice until the end. Be careful and don't be fooled by their friendliness.

Best Sales Team I Have Dealt With!

My husband and I just bought a 2013 Chevy Avalanche from Kohls-Weelborg and we absolutely love it! The sale team was professional and responsive, customer service was through the roof. They made the whole process of buying a car seem easy and smooth. Their building and restroom was clean and comfortable. Not like others I have been to. They worked with our budget and specifications on the Avalanche. I didn't want ALL the bells and whistles, only some. I appreciated being treated like a loyal customer and not like " just another customer". I believe they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed during this purchase. I am pleased to say I will return.
