Buick

This is a a great dealer super friendly they had to run me through all the features, super friendly helpful staff! Buying process was absolutely seamless! Received weather tech mats today! These guys noticed I had a couple scuffs in the paint they said pull around we’ll get them mats in . They got Jovy the tech over cool guy and he buffed them out ASAP and I was on my way. Super awesome place to buy a vehicle!!

Buyers beware

My wife had located a Ford Escape last week (Second week of july 2019)She made all the arrangements, and secured the proper funding to buy an Escape from Weis Buick GMC in Decorah Iowa. Saturday july 13th we drove the two hours to pick it up, and when we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the mileage. Online it said 46k, when we got in it to test drive it, the mileage read 48514.That should have been a flag right there. We test drove it, and noticed a few things that needed to be addressed with the vehicle, especially the strong smell of coolent from under the hood. We discussed the mileage,the broken parts that we found, and the coolent issue to the salesman. The sales manager would not negotiate any less even though the vehicle had 2500 miles more then listed. He also said that sometimes the service department misses things when they prep them for sale. How do you miss a coolent leak a air dam,and a grab handle thats busted? We were very much still interested in the vehicle, so the sales manager said he would have it in the shop first thing monday morning, to check out our concerns. He also said he would get right back to us on what they found. My wife liked the vehicle, despite the issues, so we waited to find out about the Escape.We drove the two hours back home. Fast forward tuesday july 15th, and she receives an email from the sale manager stating that the 2016 Ford Escape was just sold.That someone came in a coupe of weeks age and looked at it and never followed up, but then came in today and bought it on the spot. He states that hes sorry for the inconvenience, but didnt even find out till after the fact. Huh???? we had a deal written up, how does that slip by?and was awaiting word from their service dept. Did they sell it with a coolent leak??Fast forward july 17th 2019. We see it listed on their website, with the correct mileage of 48514. SO what just happened?! Sell us some story so they dont have to fix the issues? We have never been treated so poorly while buying anything, as we were with this place. Plus a two hour drive back from Decorah. Buyers beware. I bet that Escape still has a coolent leak, as well, as the other broken parts.

Poor Customer Service

I tried contacting the dealership on multiple occasions about a vehicle they had online. Was told it was sold and then told it was not. We live 60 minutes away and didn't bother visiting them in person when their phone/email interactions were so poor. It was as if they didn't want the business.
