UNTRUSTWORTHY

Got a quote from dealership sent to my email. Took a day off work to go buy the car. Got there, they would not honor the quote they sent me and actually raised the price by $14,000. SHADY, SLIMY Business. Wish I had read the dealership reviews on google etc, before driving over an hour away.

Veronica, a great addition to the Modern sales team!

This was our first experience with Modern Chevrolet. We consider ourselves blessed to have had Veronica Jimenez guide us through the process of buying our Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Malibu. Although she is fairly new in sales, she was knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all our questions, of which we had many. She took the time to search through their inventory until she found the car that matched our exact needs. We never felt any pressure to buy the car or anything else they offered to go along with it. It has been about a week since our purchase and she has continued to stay in touch with us to answer any new questions that might arise. We love the car and will recommend Veronica and Modern Chevrolet to anyone who says they are looking to buy a new or used car!

Rude “Money Guy”

Went in to test drive a vehicle I found online for a certain price. When I got there, they told me that there were about $1,200 in added fees and upgrades done, so the advertised price was misleading. When we went inside to talk about price and numbers, I made an offer to my salesman (who was fantastic) and he went to check with the financial side. Another man came in and stated he was the “numbers guy.” He was immediately sarcastic and rude and asked if I had come to tell him his prices were too high (after my offer was completely reasonable). If I had not had to deal with this man, I would have purchased the truck after the counter offer. However, I decided to take my business elsewhere rather than deal with rude people.

New truck proposal only good for 1 hour!

Wanted to buy a new Silverado. They gave me the proposal for review. I wanted a little time to review it. They said the proposal was only good while I was on their property. If I stepped off of the lot they would not honor the proposal. Never had an experience like that!!!

Bait and switch

Based on website price went ahead to buy a car. Final sales worksheet was more than $1000 from original with other charges (this is in addition to doc fees).

Do not buy a car from here.

If you are at this dealership and something is wrong with your car and you see your salesman and he asks you what is wrong with your car, He will say Really and laugh because he knows that he sold you a Piece of xxxx and he already got paid and you got xxxxed.

Gave me a price $26,000 when i arrangements to come pick up car they wanted $27,000 no ethics at this dealership would not buy anything from them
