We were on the search for a new vehicle and became interested in the extended range electric Chevy Volt ? Mel Carlson Chevrolet had one, so we called salesman Jose Lopez to ask him about it. He went out of his way to read up on the Volt and ask other sales people who have worked with the Volt before to gather more information for us before we even arrived to take the car for a test drive. He walked us through all the features and showed us how to utilize some of those technological features that may have otherwise been tricky to figure out on our own. Now we are the proud owners of a Chevy Volt after a very enjoyable shopping experience with Mel Carlson Chevrolet.
