We have purchased many vehicles from Mel Carlson but this was the first time Jose Lopez was the salesman. We were pleased with the efficiency in his handling the relinquishing of our GM points. Jose was very accomodating in meeting with us late in the afternoon and showing us the features of our new car.

We were looking for a low milage AWD Van and the dealer ship had exactly what we wanted. Jose Lopes was very easy to work with and was able to take care of a few extras that we needed done before we could complete the deal. The sales manager(Scot) gave us a very fair price for our trade in.

When I went to Mel's this time I wasn't sure what I was looking for, Jose suggested that I test drive the Equinox. He made sure my questions were answered before I left the show room floor. When buying a new Equinox we had the best experience. The vehicle was for my father that could not get around well. One call to Mel Carlson an speaking with Jose Lopez, telling him just what he wanted to purchase is all it took. Within 48 hours they had a vehicle located an back to their building. Jose Lopez, as a relatively new salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and when faced with questions that he could not answer, he quickly found the answers.
