Horrible dealership sells junk cars bought a car for my daughter paid 3400 and it blew up a week later would not help just tried to sell me another car do not buy here

My wife and I were recently on our way to Detroit to catch a plane to Arizona to attend our grandsons graduation ceremony from high school when, unexpectedly we developed a catastrophic loss of our engine about a block, fortunately from Fernelius Chevrolet. After looking at the problem it was determined our engine was a total loss. Now, we were due to embark on our flight in about 4 hours. The young sales rep and chief mechanic were extremely helpful and we put together the purchase of a new chevy in record time to make our flight. This was probably the the best car purchasing experience i have ever had. Codes to this team.

I purchased a 2016 equinox from them for 14000 dollars and 6 months later it's immobile. And they tell me now it's a know problem with the vehicle and it will be 1570 to get it back on the road. good thing I bought new reliable vehicle for my wife to drive guess we try to manage with one vehicle again

The salesman will take your order for the vehicle you want and call you when one comes in. Special sales allow you to bid on a vehicle well under market value. these are special sales to off vehicles before they go to auction. I will deal with them again in the near future.
