Outstanding expereince!

Overall an outstanding experience. Staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The pricing was the best I could find in the midwest. The final purchase agreement was far better than I expected and the guarantees were an unexpected gift! I would recommend Midway to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle!

My new Lacross.....

Kevin, my salesman, was exceptional both the day I ordered the car and when I took delivery. I thought the "financial" or buying process was exceedingly long. I had covered not financing and not wanting the coating and undercarriage package with Kevin.....but it was gone over again before I could just write the check and take off in my car.

Midway car dealership in Kearney, Ne.

unprofessional

had my car serviced last week. wasnt very timely. when i finely got car back, greasy finherprints were all over sterring wheel and door. spilled oil all over side of engine. oil drain plug was left loose. and my filter wasnt even changed.

Repair

My tire was damaged early in the morning & I needed to go to the airport 3 hours away to pick up a friend. Midway put on a new tire right a way & I was able to get there on time. I am a recent widow & this was my first car problem alone. I am very grateful for the quick service & being treated so well.
