I took my vehicle in to get the remote start key replaced. The personnel were very nice and the wait was not long at all! It's times like those that I don't mind taking my vehicle in. Purchased a '15 Buick Enclave. Salesman Armando Martinez went above and beyond to find what we wanted. No other dealership came close to the help he provided in searching for a vehicle. He even brought the paperwork and vehicle to us (just over an hour away). Then he stayed for a few hours explaining and helping set up features on our vehicle, which has many. I will be recommending Luke Fruia and Armando to anyone looking for a vehicle. Every other dealership and salesman we had been to just didn't seem like they wanted to sell a vehicle. Luke Fruia does anything possible to EARN your business. The way it should be.

I've been to a few dealerships and by far Luke Furia Motors has been the best dealership I've been to. I met my salesman Miguel Angel Rodriguez two years ago and he still calls to make sure that I am still satisfied with my vehicle. Other dealerships seems that all they care for was the sale. Miguel Angel Rodriguez took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and didn't try to push any unnecessary or extra things. He asked what I wanted and made sure that I was satisfied. I bought a 2014 Hyundai Tucson the service was incredibly great. The Sales person Joe Ramirez at Luke Fruia in Brownsville was the best. He explained everything in reguards to the vehicle and assisted with great pleasure every step of the way, being this my first buy through a dealership. I absolutely loved the service. I am very pleased with my purchase and his service as well as the curtosy of all the sales agent there. Over all great service and I will definitely be referring here.
