Best Car Purchase Experience I've Ever Had

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He didn't pressure me into purchasing, and was straightforward. This is exactly how a car dealership should be. Justin was outstanding!!!

New car

Loved dealing with south hills Subaru. Every one was amazing there. Super friendly. They had the vehicle we wanted and they did everything in amazing fashion to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Our sales person Robert was great. I highly recommend them. They take time to make sure you understand everything about your car and even make you an appointment to come back in three weeks to make sure everything is working and or meeting your expectations. I’m glad we chose to do business with them and I’m glad they had the vehicle that we wanted. Thank you again south hills Subaru. And thank you again Robert clay.

Quick and efficient service

Excellent leasing experience

The sales rep was courteous and respectful of my needs and desires. I never felt pressured to lease or to buy, but I felt informed and supported in whatever decision I made.

Great service

Went in for an oil change but had other services taken care of that day. Everything was explained to me that needed to be done and why including the recent recall. Service was prompt and efficient and I was happy with the service I received.

The online app to accept or decline service was really useful rather than having to make a call while at work.

Wonderful Service, friendly place

Great customer service. Friendly people. So easy to talk to. Felt like I was with friends. Can't wait to see the finished building project. BTW you do a nice job of directing us around the construction. I took the building project as a good sign.

Smooth transaction

We had a really nice experience buying our first Subaru. Our salesperson was very helpful explaining the features of our new car, but wasn't overly pushy about anything. Couldn't really ask for more!

Above and beyond!

I had a wonderful experience looking and test driving what Subaru I wanted to buy. When I decided on an Impreza Sport 4-door sedan.... only hatchbacks were available! I was disappointed... but along came Tom C. And went above and beyond to make my new car happen!!! Thank you for taking the stress out of buying a new car 😊
