This was the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from CAW. Vlad was great to work with, very polite and worked hard to get us the best deal available. They will get you the best loan available. I WILL buy another car from this group of people. Andrew has got a great team together at CAW and a with the first 2 vehicles I purchased this one delivers on everything they promised and more. If you need a great used car regardless if you have great credit or if you have hit a few speed bumps in the past with credit, these people will work hard to make sure you get the car you want. On my first vehicle I wanted a Mustang GT, they didn't have one on the lot but the next day I got a call from Andrew saying he had my car in his lot. Yeah thats right within 24 hours he got me the car I wanted and at a great price. You can't go wrong at CAW!!!

My experience of purchasing an automobile is very slim to none. As soon as my wife and I started looking at the inventory of vehicles, we were greeted with great respect and courtesy. The dealer (Chris), made us feel very comfortable, and not pushy, which made a difference in the decision to purchase an automobile. We are very happy with the service that was given, and very happy as a new owner of the vehicle we chose.

Our family purchased a "new-to-us" minivan, with the help of Kiki, and it could not have been a more lovely experience. She was so easy to deal with, was not pushy at all, and was very patient with me. And the day we went to do all the paperwork, we had our two year old son with us, and they were all so nice and patient with him. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received. Kiki asked what we were looking for, what we could afford. When the loan went thru, I called Kiki and she was very excited for us. I have dealt with Consumer Auto Warehouse years ago and was treated the same way. I would recommend my friends and family there because I feel they are more personal that other dealerships.
