I have always had excellent customer service whenever I have used this service area. They also informed me of other things that I need to get done to my vehicle. I plan on getting those items done in a couple weeks. I appreciate all that they do for me to make it a pleasant experience to get my car worked on.

Over the last few years I have worked with KiKi on several car deals. First was my 06 Corolla which they got me in when I was in desperate need of a vehicle. Then we had a vehicle break down and they got me in my 08 Trailblazer also. Earlier this year they helped me refinance both vehicles and get them with one company also. Then last week, my husband and I decided it was time for a family vehicle that we could all fit comfortable in. Yet again without any hesitation I called KiKi! They have never let me down and we traded our 06 Corolla for our new 2010 Grand Caravan! They team at Consumers is amazing from KiKi who makes you feel like family, to Andrew with his monthly updates, to all the guys and gals at the service department! This really is a place that I will continue to recommend all my friends and family to.. My suggestion to anyone looking for a quality used car at a reasonable rate, give them a call..
