Subaru of Loveland

I purchased a wonderful outback from Loveland Subaru and it was worth the drive from Longmont. Rich was my salesman and helpful in every way. He was professional and on top of the whole process, always. He got me the exact car I'd requested and made the trade in and purchase of my new car easy. No high pressure, just great customer service ! Les was very helpful in teaching me all about the interworkings of my car. I am so glad I made a trip to Loveland Subaru and am a very satisfied customer.

Let me start with the end ... I would buy another car from this dealer in a heartbeat. The customer service they exhibited was above and beyond any dealership experience I've ever had. First, my sales rep Rich drove the car to my house so I could drive it. Then when I drove an hour to the dealership the next day, Todd (the finance manager) had all of the paperwork ready to sign. So, I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Thank you, Rich, Todd and Subaru of Loveland, for the kindness and respect you showed me. I'm a customer for life!

No 6 hour hostage negotiations. Just easy answers, up front pricing and trade values. Nice folks. we were very happy with trading in our truck and buying a Subaru. Good experience both before and after the purchase.

Rich was "just right in his sales approach". Friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, stayed a little overtime to get things finished. We drove our new Legacy home in about an hour.

Rich was incredibly helpful even when we came in late on a Friday night. He had my car ready to go by 10am the next morning! Great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. I love my new Subaru Forester XT!!

Rich was really friendly and non-intrusive with us from the very start and he worked hard to find the perfect car for us. We were upset when the car we had a deposit on was unfortunately sold by another dealership but Rich was able to find us another car that suited our needs and had it delivered to us the next day.
